This quaint home boasts a flat fenced yard with attached garage. The exterior yard is professionally landscaped and has a large deck for entertainment. Oversized sliding doors lead in from the yard to the living room with it's warming fireplace. The whole house maintains 1950s charm with all modern updates... light and bright. Wood floors through most of the home with high end carpeting in the living and bedrooms.

We have furnished this home with premium quality amenities everywhere. There are no hand-me-downs or worn out furnishings – everything is new or of quality to last for years. Once you enter the home you will sense the quality, freshness, and convenience.

Included in the home are a newer kitchen, newer bath, newer carpet, roof, wood floors, mill-work and doors, drywall, and paint. Appliances and furnishings include a newer stainless steel refrigerator, new Miele made dishwasher, microwave, premium waterless cookware, coffee maker, front loading washer and dryer, dining room table, fireplace, and couches. Electronics provided include a 42” 1080i plasma TV, blue-ray/DVD/CD player, Netflix streaming capability, cable TV, WiFi (wireless internet) throughout the home.

The home has three bedrooms that can sleep six and a large living room: a King bed in the master bedroom, and a queen bed in the other two rooms. All linens and pillows are first quality. The additional mattresses can be arranged. Each room has comfortable beds with plush duvets and good reading lights. Furthermore, all bedrooms are fully carpeted with large windows to let in lots of light!

Wonderful oversized sliding doors from the living room (with comfortable sofas and chairs) look onto the back yard. This fenced backyard is part of the 9000 square foot flat, sunny, landscaped yard.

There is a one stall garage with opener. It's deep with a storage room off the end. Also lots of lights!

Our Downtown Bellevue Guest Home is an ideal blend of location, amenities, and ease of use. It is located just two blocks south of downtown Bellevue on a double dead end street. You will be surprised such a tranquil location exists so close to Bellevue’s downtown core. There is no need to start your car to go downtown – just walk to all the downtown dining, shopping and movies! You will enjoy extremely easy access to I-90, I-405 and mass transit bus center.

Wonderful experiece

We had a mix up with our rental, and contacted Pippa last minute, and amazingly this property was available. I was so stressed, and she was so helpful. The property is beautiful, and the landscaping gorgeous. My children (adults) got to stay longer than we did (unfortunately) but I loved everything about this property.

Very comfortable and consistent with the description.

We were 4 adults with a 4 and 1 year old children. The property made the one week family visit very comfortable. Check in was simple, Pippa provided needed written instructions in the home as well as in the confirmation notice. Pictures and description was right on with reality. Easy access to downtown and major highways & streets. Good local restaurants, I recommend the Mediterranean Grill. Having a highchair and children toys available was very helpful. The floors were so clean that we let the baby craw around. We could not have had a better stay in a expensive hotel. Welcome bottle of wine was well appreciated since we arrived late. Thanks Pippa

Felt like home while on business in Bellevue

Half the price of a hotel while feeling at home. This home is only a 5 minute uber ride to downtown or a short walk if you don't mind a few hills. Terrific patio for coffee in the morning, quite and peaceful setting while being right in the heart of downtown Bellevue. The house was spotless on arrival and the host was accommodating to our every need. Downtown Bellevue had a wide selection of dinning and shops for relaxation and a short 20 minute drive to Seattle for dinner and site seeing made for a terrific business stay. I will be booking this same house on my next trip, for the value and location it cannot be beat.

Fantastic location, great find!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The house had 3 good sized bedrooms and one bathroom. It was immaculately clean and had everything you would need for a short or long stay. The appliances were all top notch and the beds super comfortable and the house very nice and warm. The location is fantastic, easy walking to downtown Bellevue or a 2 minute drive. I would definitely stay again. Thanks!

This is a great little home convenient to all that Bellevue has to offer. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be in a neighborhood and really feel at home while staying in Bellevue. I just love it here and hope to return again and again!

Great Stay, Fantastic Location

We stayed (three adults, two children 5,9) at the Bellevue location from July 23-31. Very clean and well kept home. We enjoyed the ease of getting around Bellevue. Everything was only a mile or less away. We were also surprised at how quiet it was even though it was next to the large city. The location was fantastic for getting onto the major highways to get to travel destinations (Mt. Rainier, Cascades, Whale Watching, Seattle). Our only negative was no A/C at the home and not enough fans. We happened to be there during a warm spell and the home got a little warm and was at night as well. Maybe another fan or two for the bedrooms. All in all it was an excellent stay and Pippa/owner, was fantastic to work with. She always responded quickly and had materials at the home to read about the area. Thanks again and someday we hope to get back out to the Pacific Northwest.

Great Family Home in a great location

Location... Location... Location!!!! My family and I stayed in this wonderful home in Bellevue. It was perfect for what we needed. Everything was super clean and perfect in every way. Clean, Neat and very orderly. I felt like this was my home. All the amenities you could need. The bedrooms were comfortable. The living room boasts a large TV that my kiddos loved in the morning time. The owner "Pippa" was great. She was very responsive and handled all questions quickly. I loved the fact that you can be at Bellevue Square in 2 minutes. We will definitely be back... I highly recommend this as a place to stay (unless I'm wanting to stay there at the same time you are! hahaha ).

Home away from home

We LOVED your house!. Great location, spotless, attention to detail, nicely furnished, huge backyard - all was as described in the listing. The one problem we had was the bed in the second bedroom creaked badly and we were not able to use it. A few very minor points for improvement. We ran low on toilet paper, paper towel, dishwashing soap. It would be handy to have a trash can in each bedroom, perhaps some spare light bulbs so we can replace them ourselves. This is all SMALL stuff, however. Otherwise everything was PERFECT! We have no hesitation in recommending your house to anyone. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay - we felt very much at home!

Simple and awesome

We arrived to find the home clean and modern. All of your basic conveniences are there. It may look like an older home on the outside, but interior upgrades were a nice surprise. The backyard is HUGE. I'm looking forward to returning.
