To reserve a deposit of 50% of the full cost of rent is required. and 30 days before check-in the remaining 50% is due. Rent+tax+$800 security deposit+ $300cleaning fee This property will only be rented from October to January annually This property is the first time on the market to rent.

Cancellation Policy

90 days before check-in date must notify owner for full -return of deposit. After 60 days before check-in date NO DEPOSITE RETURN.
