The space
Independent of the main house , with two bedrooms and a shared bath, surrounded by trees and a pool with solarium where you can relax.
Each bedroom has air conditioning / heating, fridge and TV. There is one bedroom with double bed and one with two single beds.
The bathroom has a bath and shower, sink, bidet , etc, sharing common to both bedrooms.
Bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days stay.
Bathroom and bedroom cleaning every 5 days stay.
Possibility, on request, extra bed for children under 2 years. Service free
Lounge area for breakfast in the main house.
BBQ on the terrace and possibility to use with your own food and drink (no charge) or prepared by the host with typical Majorcan food and drink, price depends on market season price.
Sunbathing on the upper deck completely independent.
Connections with public transport.
Possibility of shuttle from the airport to return home without extra charge .
Diving excursions organized, with private divemaster to the marine reserves on the island of Majorca and Cabrera, including the bottle and the weights. For a reasonable price you can rent the full equipment.
Possibility of contracting issues and cultural excursions.
Close to beach areas, shopping areas and charming villages. We have a guide of recommended restaurants typical of Mallorca.

the apartment Is so pretty, clean and cozy in a beautiful Little garden with swimming pool. It Is a Little bit far from the city centre and from the beaches, so I suggest to rent a car. Eduardo Is a host really nice, kind and helpful.
