Description
Our finca has lovely mountain views and is located between Puerto Pollensa with its beautiful marina and beaches, and the old historic town of Pollenca. There are plenty of restaurants, interesting shops and family-friendly activities so you will be spoilt for choice. You’ll love our place because we're friendly people, the ambiance is great and the outdoors space is so relaxing. Our finca is good for couples, individuals and families and you are very welcome to come and go as you please.
The space
This beautiful finca is set in 8000 m2 of land in a quiet rural area between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, a 5 minute drive to the beach and marina, and historic old Pollensa, and a 10 minute drive to the golf course. It's a great location to explore the beautiful Mallorcan coast and countryside.
Airbnb guests can enjoy their stay in one of two large comfortable bedrooms with king size beds, or in an attractive twin room with direct access to the swimming pool. All rooms have their own private entrance, air-conditioning and en-suite shower room and there is plenty of space to accommodate clothes and suitcases.
WiFi is available in and around the finca building and English and German TV is available.
The three guest rooms are adjacent to a spacious laundry room/kitchenette which has a gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, glasses and utensils. Guests are also welcome to use the washing machine, iron and ironing board. This part of the finca also has its own terrace with wicker-type tables and chairs so guests can can prepare their own meals and snacks and enjoy their own privacy if wanted.
The finca grounds feature a fantastic, large, floodlit swimming pool with Roman steps (approximately 10m x 6m excluding the semi circular section) and a pool-side shower.
An eye-catching covered seating area is just a few steps away from the pool - great for a relaxing siesta and catching a cooling mountain breeze. A large sun bathing terrace with sun beds and large straw umbrellas is located either side of this seating area with steps lead down to a grill area and an unusual tented dining area which has a unique circular mill stone table seating up to twelve.
An optional delicious continental breakfast is available at an additional cost of 10 euro per person, which includes: croissants, rolls or toast, home made jam and marmalade, eggs, cheese, sliced ham, fruit juice, tea and freshly brewed coffee, which can be enjoyed on the cool terrace which runs across the front of the finca and overlooks the pool. It’s a great spot for guests to get to know each other over a leisurely breakfast.
The attractive garden is planted with numerous palms, cypresses, olive and fig trees, oleanders and bougainvillea and there is an adjoining paddock with two guest horses which are looked after their owner.
Nearby is a boules terrain, badminton net, swing-ball, dart board and table tennis table for guests to enjoy.
Access to the finca is via lockable double gates which open onto a large circular gravel drive with an attractive, central roundabout featuring a variety of palms and an ornamental olive tree.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the finca grounds, terraces, games area, grill and pool and sun bathing area.
Guests have their own room key and key to the front gate so you can come and go as you please.
We also have four bicycles and helmets for guests' use.
Other things to note
The Ecosa Tax ( Tourist Tax) is now a legal requirement so guests will have to pay an additional 1euro per adult per night in cash on arrival.
