Description
Modern and comfortable flat ideal for 4 people in Madrid . Bright and well connected with public transport to move around the city easily. It has all the necessary elements for an extraordinary experience in the city. New decoration together with comfy spaces. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with all facilities and bright living room with selected details to make you feel at home.
The space
The living room has a table with chairs and a sofa from where you can watch TV. The sofa turns into a comfortable sofa.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary items to cook for comfort and feel at home.
The bathroom is complete, including toilet paper, shampoo and body wash. Also hair dryer, etc. and everything you need, like towels.
The bedrooms have a double bed and 2 singles. Do not worry about the sheets, they are also included!
Guest access
You will have access and use of all the spaces in the apartment .
Only the same number of people as can be accommodated in the reservation.
You can enjoy all the facilities that you will find in my apartment.
Of course, the entire apartment has an internet connection via high-speed Wi-Fi.
The apartment has heating for winter and AC for summer.
Linens and towels included!
The idea is that you feel at home, so always respect the rest of the neighbors and respect the home, you can do as if you were at home!
Other things to note
When you arrive at the flat, I will meet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. In any case, I will visit you at the flat once you have checked in.
Free check-ins take place from 16:00h to 18:00h. Check-ins made after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-ins made after 21:00h and up to 23:00h will have a surcharge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. We have the option of self-check-in during these hours and it is free of charge.
If, due to circumstances beyond my control (delay in your flight, etc.), you arrive after 23:00h, there is no self-check-in option and the check-in must be done in person and in this case you will have to pay 35€ at the time of handing over the keys.
We offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and you can check availability after that time.
If you make a reservation at my accommodation within the last 24 hours, I would like to inform you that the check-in time may be delayed until 18:00 if the accommodation is not ready to receive you earlier. Check-in time is usually from 16:00h, or even earlier if the flat is ready, but in case I need more time to prepare it, I will do my best to get you into the accommodation as soon as possible. If you have any questions about check-in time or other aspects of your stay, please do not hesitate to ask.
The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of loss of keys or forgetfulness inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat).
Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities.
The beds and towels are made up for the number of persons indicated in the reservation.
It is not allowed to accommodate more people than those indicated in the booking.
Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat.
Please take out the rubbish every day, with special care in the summer months.
There are bins on each floor of the building for this purpose.
Leave the house tidy before your departure.
Be respectful with the house, I expect the best from you. Thank you very much.
Once your booking is confirmed, I will require a copy of all passports or ID cards of all guests over 16 years of age. Failure to provide them will be grounds for cancellation of the booking.
IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPANISH LAW, ALL GUESTS STAYING IN A TOURIST FLAT ARE OBLIGED TO PROVIDE IDENTIFICATION (ID CARD OR PASSPORT) AND SIGN THE GUEST REGISTRATION FORM OF THE NATIONAL POLICE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS WILL ALLOW US TO CANCEL THE BOOKING WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION TO THE GUEST.

Absolutely great
Absolutely great! Lovely apartment, matches the description entirely. The hosts were more than understandable and very friendly. We asked if we can leave our luggages earlier than the check-in hour and the answer was a positive one. We had also a very nice document, for the first time since we use Airbnb, describing Madrid and how you can feel the native city not just from a tourist eyes and i can tell you that it is really helpful for someone that steps for the first time in Madrid. I can go on and on with the nice things but don't want to get anyone bored so i will finish by saying that it will definitely be our 1st option (depends on the availability) when we will revisit Madrid.
