Description
Located in a nature reserve, our spacious house offers comfortable accommodation and wide ocean views. 5 Bedrooms, 5 WCs, 2 living rooms a fully equipped kitchen, exclusive outdoor area with BBQ, dinning area and swimming pool, make it a perfect place to relax. The location is also suited for outdoor activities or simply for spending the day at the beach (Foz, Meco, Sesimbra), all at just an hour distance from Lisbon.
(Note: A cash security deposit of 250EUR is required at check-in).
The space
Our property offers spacious areas, various bathrooms, big common rooms, a well equipped kitchen and a pleasant garden space, with heated swimming pool (note: the heating brings the water to ambient temperature, being best from April to October) and a barbecue area.
All bedrooms have been fitted with double glazed windows and central heating system, providing both thermal and acoustic comfort and abundance of light. There is no air conditioned, as the indoor temperature is always fresh in the summer, even in the warmest days.
The house has five bedrooms,:
- Bedroom 1: This is most spacious room on the top floor. It has a large bed (140x200), and is equipped with a closet, wall mirror, bedside tables, and a work desk;
- Bedroom 2: This bedroom has 2 twin sized individual beds, one bedside table and an inbuilt closet;
-Bedroom 3: This is a single bedroom, equipped with chest of drawers and a lamp.
-Bedroom 4: This ensuite bedroom has a king sized bed and it's windows overlook the garden, besides a beautiful spacious bathroom. It is equipped with a closet, standing mirror, bedside tables, lamps and a work desk.
-Bedroom 5: This ensuite bedroom has a Queen sized bed a beautiful cozy bathroom, with a bathtub. It is equipped with a closet, bedside tables, lamps and a work desk.
(for the convenience of our guests with babies, we can also provide a cot if requested).
The house has two living rooms. On the top floor, our living room has a magnificent ocean view, with a wide balcony, generous seating space (a table for eight, a three person couch and three additional individual sofas), a 60" LCD with Netflix, HBO and Amazon Prime, and a vintage piano.
On the lower floor, you will find a second living room, with access to the garden. Here we made both a leisure area, with several couches and chairs, and also a nice working space with table and suitable chairs.
Outside, we have a installed a BBQ/Grill area, with a counter and a sink for preparing outdoor meal with perfect convenience. In here, you can also enjoy table tennis under the gazebo, with an incredible view to the ocean and swimming pool.
Guest access
The entire house is accessible to you in its entirety, except for the storage units in the lower floor.
Other things to note
The house is accessible for every one, young and old but not really advisable for people in a wheelchair since the house has various stairs.

House had a beautiful view !!! Few things we didn’t like was far outdoor barbecue area from the kitchen , odd smell in the lower living area , bedroom and bathroom. Not child friendly, a lot of steps .
