Beautiful south Florida resort!
This older resort is beautifully maintained! The addition of valet service and someone who handles your luggage is great for seniors! Add a doorman and the best restaurant on Singer Island to beautiful beaches and extremely helpful staff and you have the perfect vacation. Daily towel exchange and garbage collection as well as mid-week cleaning are suspended due to COVID, but all it takes is a phone call to the front desk and towels are at your door almost immediately. Garbage is collected outside your door at 10am daily. Furniture is old, but very well maintained!

Palm Beach Shores Resort on Singer Island
PBS is a smaller timeshare resort right on the ocean. Patsy the front desk manager and Carol, the Activities Concierge are both wonderful and so kind and helpful. At the resort, you have a pool with a Tiki Bar for food and drinks for purchase. Lisa is great at the bar. Also if you prefer you can walk down to the Beach. There are chairs, umbrellas and cabanas for purchase if you choose. PBS is an older resort that has been well maintained. People are cleaning all the time. If there is any problem at all, no matter how small, someone, usually Mickey, is on it in minutes. Then later you receive a follow up call to be sure the problem was solved, even if it was for a box of Kleenex. PBS also has an indoor restaurant with nightly specials and music, a Spa, a store, and a gym. Nino and Peter were helpful at the front desk as well and Willie and Michelle were great. Even Jack the Bellman. Everyone remembers your name too. Usually they have activities, but all has been scaled down due to COVID. Masks were required at the resort and everyone seemed compliant with their masks. The area also has plenty to do, but we were looking not to run around. PBS was perfect.

Beautiful, clean, and great service!
We were so pleasantly surprised with our stay at Palm Beach Shores Resort and vacation villas. The resort is very old and ornate, maybe even the original resort on Singer Island, so it is ?Old Florida? style. The old Spanish tiles throughout the lobby add to the historical feel. We were there for the holidays and it was decorated so tastefully........just gorgeous. The staff is very friendly, professional, and accommodating. I asked for fresh towels and within 2 minutes they were at my door. The restaurant here was awesome......they have specials every night. I highly recommend the broiled snapper on Wednesday nights......it was the best, freshest fish. Our room was so clean and comfortable......the kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. This resort is oceanfront, beautiful, clean, with a wonderful restaurant and great, hardworking staff. They were constantly cleaning the elevators and public spaces. You can?t go wrong here, in my opinion.

Palm Beach Shores
If you want ocean front, great heated pool, lovely views and outstanding service, you will like this place. We have been timeshare owners for12 years now and it is the nicest one we have stayed at. The restaurant on premises has great food. It was so nice to eat right there. You can get served all day poolside also. The tiki bar adds great atmosphere. You are treated like royalty there. The Christmas decorations were totally lovely. The resort is next to a few shops, restaurants, and a beautiful park. We just love this area and Singer Island.

Awesome visit !
We just spent a week here thru an RCI exchange . We took our son and his friend so we booked 2-1 bedrooms. They arranged it so the rooms were connecting . I read a lot about this resort before we went ; hopefully this review will help balance some of the things you may have read . Beach - the beach was awesome ; the water is super clear and we didn?t have any issues at all with seaweed (someone said this happens mostly after a storm ). There are chairs and umbrellas you can rent but there is plenty of beach access of you choose not to do this . It?s a short walk from the resort to the water and they have towels available for check out right before the gate . Food - we really enjoyed the food ! We are the chicken nachos and the buffalo wings almost every day . We also had Stromboli and pizza . The food is good ! We would have had dinner in the restaurant but there were many other places we wanted to check out . Joel (bartender) and Ryan (poolside service) were standouts . Room - yes the resort is a little dated but the bed was super comfy. Bathroom was large . Shower was a small stall style but not the end of the world . We didn?t cook any meals in our room but heated up lots of leftovers from dinners . Overall we really loved this resort ; we liked it MUCH better than the Marriott Ocean Pointe down the way that we stayed at several years ago previously . Stay here ; don?t think you?ll be disappointed . Drinks are strong , food is delish and it?s the shortest walk to the singer island restaurants along the way

Located on the beach, large pool and deck area, water sports & chair rental available, great tiki bar & restaurant, awesome staff, close to other restaurants & shopping on Singer Island. Can't wait to return to PBSR for my next vacation.

Palm Beach Paradise !!
This is my 3rd time at this Beautiful Resort and it's by far the best experience you will find on Singer Island !! The entire staff are Game On for making sure you have a pleasant experience !! Ready to go back !!!

Resort staff is super friendly and helpful. The resort is clean and well decorated. The restaurant has great food and nightly specials and nightly live entertainment. We were there during Covid-19 and had relaxed time at the beach until it was ordered closed. We had a great time under very odd conditions.

Small and active
This is an older resort on Singer Island Beach in with the sky scrapers but only has 5/6 floors. It is very well run and very clean. Lots of polite staff in all departments. There are water aerobic classes 3 days a week just after the entire pool deck area has been thoroughly hosed down! Other activities during the day and evening for folks of all ages to choose - or not.

Great Place to stay
Great place to stay, and relax. We love the PBS/Singer Island area and PBS is a wonderful place to vacation. Pool area is well kept and beautiful, and the beach is as good as it gets. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They all seem to enjoy their jobs. Love this place.
