Maybe you prefer just chilling by the pool or fishing off the dock, relaxing and catching some sunshine! If that sounds like a vacation, then this is THE PERFECT house for you and your family!!! We also provide 2 kayaks for you to explore the canals and take it to the Gulf! Feel free to dock your boat and have DIRECT ACCESS to the Gulf.
Some possible added bonuses ~ You can possibly see dolphins and manatees come up to the dock; Egrets perching on the dock. It's a wildlife sanctuary, yet you are steps to everything you need! The only reason you may need a car is to go to Publix or Winn-Dixie

Unique Benefits
We fell in love with the location. We can park our car for the duration of our stay and go everywhere we need to go by foot or on bikes. Just need to make that one grocery trip to Publix that is just 1 mile away! Look up Marco Walk - featuring fine and casual dining just 2.5 blocks away. We have the Farmers Market on Wednesdsay, we ride our bikes to that - just 1 mile away at Mackle Park
We completely renovated the inside. Took down walls, made it an open floor plan. Updated everthing inside.
The caged in pool area allows for bug free outdoor living!
One of my favorite features is how the sliding doors completely disappear into the wall giving you the feeling that you are outside even when you are inside!
The 53 x 11 foot dock allows for maximum sunbathing, hanging out and fishing
Why Kids Love It
Our kids love kayaking, fishing off the dock, hanging in the pool and playing billiards inside. They also love being so close to everything like mini-golf, the movie theater, icecream parlor, and the beach.
Area Information
There is nothing I would change about this location. You can walk to everything you need. The backyard is the perfect oasis and sanctuary. You will feel a million miles away!
Farmers Market is every Wednesday, just 1 mile from the house. Feel free to use our bikes.

Amazing Vacation Spot! Don't miss out on this house!
My family and I had such an amazing time vacationing here! This house is absolutely gorgeous and the owners have thought of everything! Whatever you need whether it be for the kitchen, the pool, or the beach is available for use! The house was spotless, the pool area is beautiful, and the canal deck is amazing. If you sit there long enough you may even be visited by a dolphin swimming by. Not only is this house amazing but the location couldn’t be any better! The house is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, minigolf, shops and more! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this house, the owner, and the location! If you are looking for a great vacation spot in Marco Island, this is the place for you!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. Location can’t be beat. The pool & hot-tub backyard oasis is perfect. The host was extremely responsive and made our getaway with kids as seamless as possible. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location, Great owners
The location was perfect, only 2 blocks to the beach and one block to downtown. Got to spend every afternoon in the pool enjoying the deck. The house is upgraded and has every amenity you would need to enjoy your vacation. Plenty of space for people to also spend time alone in their own room, play a game of pool, or sit outside on the large deck to read a book. The owners were very attentive, responsive, and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful vacation. The house and property were exceptional-very clean and everything well stocked! The owners were available for any questions and made our stay wonderful. The location was great as well-close to the beach and local shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Excellent Location and Amazing View
We had the most amazing long weekend at this house. Upon entering the house, everything was clean and looked brand new. The space was open with plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed morning coffee on the quiet back patio overlooking the pool and lagoon. We were able to walk a block to the beach and enjoy beautiful sunny days and evening sunsets. ( The sunsets are the BEST in Marco Island) Some days we just let the kids swim in the pool and relax on the dock lounge chairs. We walked right down the street to amazing restaurants and shopping. This was one of the most relaxing vacations that we have had. We will definitely be going back!

Perfect vacation spot!
Love the location of this house. Convenient walk to beach, restaurants, Marco Walk, and many other attractions. Whether we wanted to walk to the beach or simply sit by the pool and hot tub, this house was able to offer both. It is family friendly and definitely will visit again!
