Our property survived the hurricane mostly unscathed except for our pool enclosure! We will be adding a fence around the pool for safety as rebuilding the lanai will take some time.
The grill and lounge areas are all still available.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Built-in 2020, this luxurious home boasts a huge outdoor lanai with a private pool (optional heating available at a cost) and a garden. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an open concept kitchen/dining/living room, and accommodates up to 5 guests.
We are also happy to offer you access to high-speed internet via Starlink.
This home is a spectacular oasis and offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Located just a few driving minutes away from five fantastic golf courses and incredible beaches.
Located on the Southwest Coast of Florida, you can try your hand at everything from fishing to golfing to hiking. Whatever activities you want to try are available. If your goal is to relax, then stay at your oasis, relax by the pool and enjoy the sunset with a BBQ.
This peaceful neighborhood makes you feel like you are living in the country but is close to shopping, restaurants, bars, beaches, boating, and golfing. You are minutes from direct access to the Intra-Coastal Waterway, Lemon Bay, and the Gulf of Mexico!
Rotonda Heights is home to many parks, trails, playgrounds, and 5 championship golf courses as well as many other amenities.
Tastefully decorated and furnished, feel at home in our vacation rental. Big living room with a relaxing sofa and a french door that leads out into the pool area. Big fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom, and bathroom with a large shower, and two additional bedrooms with an extra shower to relax. Perfect for relaxing after a busy day.
Amenities provided: Bed linens (including extra blankets and pillows), towels, hand soap, toilet paper/tissues/paper towels to get you started. If you need more, please buy your own. The kitchen comes equipped with a blender, mixer, Nespresso machine, Keurig coffee maker, coffee Maschine ( bring your capsules or Pulver )
toaster, pots & pans, dishes, cutlery & utensils, and BBQ utensils.
You will also find beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, 2 fishing rods, bikes, and a cooler in the garage.
An iron and ironing board are provided in the laundry room.
There is also a hairdryer in the bathroom.
****The electrical pool heat is optional with USD 19.00 per day including 12% taxes.
If you want to add pool heat for your stay, please let us know when you book so we can make sure, the pool is heated upon your arrival.****
