THE SPACE
The villa is surrounded by a covered porch with sitting areas perfect for reading, napping or sipping a cocktail in the tropical breeze. Bring a book or two and quiet your mind in a lounger, rocking chair or hammock.
The private plunge pool is the perfect place for kids to splash the day away. Your Vista Paraiso vacation also includes access to the 2 resort pools, which are open daily from 7 am until sundown.
There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, espresso machine and FREE unlimited coffee. The attached living room includes a flat screen TV and comfortable seating for 8. It’s the perfect place to enjoy some Netfilx after a day of exploring.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
While Vista Paraiso’s 3 bedrooms have space for 8 guests, a futon sofa bed in the living room means it can house up to 10 guests.

Vista Paraiso can be rented along with other Casa de Cooper villas to accommodate a family reunion or milestone celebration with friends.
GUEST ACCESS
Your Vista Paraiso vacation includes access to Pelican Eyes Resort lap pool. Which is located a 5-minute walk from the villa and is open daily from 7 am to sundown.
LOCATION
We are accessible from town on foot in 15 minutes for anyone with a good level of fitness. A 3-minute taxi ride to or from town makes the home ideal for all ages of guests at any fitness level.
Our central location provides easy access to the many in-town restaurants, bars, shops and nearby beaches.
The Augusto C Sandino International Airport in Managua is a 2.5 hour drive away. Alternately, you can fly into the Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport in Liberia. With border crossing travel time is approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The last 300 meters of road to Casa de Cooper is uphill and unpaved. Extra care is required for guests arriving in low clearance vehicles and compact cars.
This property has an electricity allowance of 45 kilowatts per day. This is a sufficient amount to power the villa with responsible use of air conditioning in the bedrooms. Electricity consumption over this amount will be charged at a rate of $0.50 USD per kilowatt hour.
We are pet friendly and allow one (1) well behaved dog providing it weighs 20 lbs or less. Pets must be registered at the time of booking.

Casa Cooper was everything you could imagine, it had spectacular views and everything George listed was accurate. We all thought it felt like a small maze as there was so many entrances that bring you to the rooms. Gabriel was also very friendly. It was very close to everything in San Juan. Will definitely be back!

Such a beautiful place, very spacious with amazing views from each balcony and porch. Check in property manager Gabriel was on sight for our check in and check out and was very friendly and helpful. Every corner of this house is beautiful, from the lighting to the decor to the overall architecture. We enjoyed our stay 5/5 ⭐️

It was a blast. Worth every dollar, onsite manager was completely knowledgeable about everything. Onsite security 10/10. Spectacular view from balcony (2nd floor living room). And the in-property pool seems smaller in the pictures but in the real life it’s quite enough for a group of 5-6 people. Will definitely be coming back for round 2 as I feel that one night here was not enough to enjoy everything this villa has to offer! Side note: you can go up to the villa’s location on a sedan or a low level car but you need to be EXTRA careful as usually whenever we’re going to one of these villas we carry luggage and stuff. Might wanna consider to take a bigger car / SUV/ TRUCK
