Bedroom has 'smart' HD TV and 'smart' HD DVD player as well as big closet, the living room makes into a cozy queen-sized bedroom at night (just let us know what time you want your turn down - we come and make it for you :-) and twin beds for the kids to camp out in the little loft.

We are equipped to pamper you or extend the invite up to 50 guests! We provide super comfortable spaces, the option to have our resident Codon Bleu Chef cook up anything you want, and we are able to help you plan everything to make this a real 1-stop destination! Just talk to us and tell us what you would like and odds are, we can make it happen.
Guest access
Guests can enjoy tree swings, check out games, pet and feed our horses and farm animals, build a lovely fire in the fire pit (anybody wants s'mores and weenies?), swim in the river 7 minutes away, laundry available (need to request/standard laundry mat fees apply).
Horseback riding? Whether you're a pro, or never been on a horse, we will personally show you how and create an unforgettable experience (charge applies but discounts for guests, military/teacher/law enforcement).
Other things to note
We love for you to bring your pets! There is a 1-time $100 pet fee for housekeepers to remove all the pet hairs & dander since the next guest could be allergic.
