Welcome to the Paradise Beach Club on the Atlantic Ocean! The beautiful, newly renovated and well-maintained building is as close to the beach as you can get! The large heated pool and all-glass enclosed exercise room overlook the ocean. The complex was built right next to the sea wall so that it is closer to the ocean than any other building in the County. It is perfectly situated on a beautiful quiet stretch of beach, yet very close to shopping and restaurants.
This deluxe third floor, direct oceanfront corner unit is the closest unit to the ocean in the entire building! The large balcony has a 270-degree view of the beaches to the North and South, the ocean and the pool.
Decorated beautifully with upscale taste. The fully equipped kitchen is well stocked. The dining area sits 6 people comfortably. There is a large 55' HD flat screen TV in the living room with an additional TV in the master bedroom A spacious master bedroom suite offers ocean views, a king-size bed, and private bathroom. The second guest bedroom has a king bed and a twin bed with a separate bathroom.
We are ten minutes south of Cocoa Beach and one hour east of Orlando. Spend the day at Disney World and come back to the beach at night!. Satellite Beach has great restaurants, a world-class tennis center minutes away, and golf close by.

Beach Getaway
The view from this property is breathtaking! Well furnished with easy access to restaurants, grocery and shopping. Owner was very easy to work with and answered questions quickly. We hope to be back again next year.

Another Great Visit!
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property and we enjoyed it just as much as the first, Bill and Denise are excellent property owners and we’re terrific to work with. Views from the balcony of this property are priceless! Seeing the dolphins never gets old! Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful view
The condo is nice, but the view is fantastic! You feel like you are sitting right on the beach. Right from the deck to the many picture windows we were able to have many wonderful experiences! We saw a shark hunting right next to the beach. Another day we saw a pod of dolphins swimming by. We also saw surfers, so many surfers. Best of all we got to see a rocket launch. My husband and grandson took a hike on the beach every day.

Best ocean views
We had an amazing time in this beautiful place. It truly has a dream view from all the main living spaces and master bedroom. Place was clean and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Had a couple issues with construction still going on and pool heater was broke, but hosts were very accommodating and we were still very happy with our choice! Would highly recommend for a true beach vacation spot!

Pictures don’t do it justice
This property is truly spectacular. The furnishings have been updated significantly since the photos on the listing were taken and it is truly for the better. There is a beautiful aesthetic to the condo that is only enhanced by the view and sounds of the ocean crashing just steps away. We had a couple of rainy stormy days that didn’t disappoint - rain or shine, this place is a gem. Hope to stay here again.

Relaxation with a water view
This rental far exceeded our expectations. It was clean and full of high end appliances and furnishings. It is evident that the owners use this as a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!
