This beautiful unit includes new hardwood floors in the living area with an electric fireplace with a slate stacked stone wall and mounted 46' TV. The living area has plenty of seating so you can cozy up by the fireplace and opens to a balcony for taking in the beautiful mountain views. All windows and doors have privacy shades with accent custom drapery panels and new light fixtures installed throughout the space.
The kitchen includes all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and wood cabinets with a beautiful tile and glass backsplash. The open dining space includes a kitchen bar with bar stools and a dining table with 6 upholstered chairs.
Located just off the living area are the three bedrooms- a Master Suite and two Guest Bedrooms.
Each bedroom is carpeted and equipped with a flat screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD and ample closet and clothing storage space. The Master Suite has a King size Bed and a newly tiled Master Bath with a garden tub, shower and granite topped vanity. The two guest bedrooms, one King and one Queen, share a newly tiled guest bath with shower and granite topped vanity.

There is an indoor heated pool, play ground volley ball, basket ball and walking track.

“We have stayed in a lot of rentals and this was one of the best. The decor of the condo makes you feel like you are in a cabin even when you are not. Best location ever...close to everything but off the main roads and mountains out the back deck. We walked to Country Tonight from the condo. Best stocked kitchen we have ever had at any rental.”

“We had a wonderful time here. The condo is very nice. It's spacious and decorated so cute. We did have an issue with the A/C not working properly. We called and they sent someone within the hour. Maintenance fixed it promptly. We would definitely stay here again.”
