Description
Enjoy this hand hewn log cabin located in Hidden Mountain View. There is plenty of fun to be had by all without ever leaving the cabin. Adults and children alike will enjoy our unique side yard. Complete with play-set, fire pit, hot tub, grill and picnic table. We also have a game room that includes air hockey, Foosball and a 60 game arcade.
Bring your popcorn. Our theater seats 10. It has an 82 inch projector screen with sound system. You will feel just like you are at the movies.
The cabin is located 5 miles from the Parkway and Pigeon Forge attractions. A scenic 14 mile drive will get you to Ober Gatlinburg and the ski slopes. We are also only 25 miles from the University of Tennessee campus.
Cub Creek is easily accessible year round. There are no switchbacks or steep hills to climb on the way to our location. It is easy to get in and out of the drive. There is plenty of room for 5 vehicles to park directly in front of the cabin.
Downstairs includes a kitchen with dining room table. The living room is a beautiful open space with natural light from a skylight. There are two bedroom, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. The downstairs hall bath includes a tile shower. There is also a full bath in the game room.
There is a bunk room located upstairs in the loft which includes 4 twin bunk beds. The upstairs master suite has a king bed as well as a futon. The upstairs bathroom and shower room can be accessed from the bedroom or from the loft.
There is a wheel chair ramp to access the cabin and the yard. All rooms downstairs, with the exception of the queen bedroom, have door openings large enough to accommodate a wheel chair. The tiled shower includes a seat. The upstairs is not accessible by wheelchair.
Each bedroom as well as the living room have cable TV. There is wireless internet as well as a security system. During your stay be sure to relax on the front porch and check out the small creek running directly on the other side of our drive.

We are always surprised and nervous about how handicapp things really are until we lay eyes on the place
“Absolutely handicapp accessible for our needs. My husband is in a wide motorized wheelchair as well as a double amputee. He was able to enjoy the bottom floor as well as the theater. We did have to use a manual chair for bathroom. The bathroom near the theater was the one we used for him. We are always surprised and nervous about how handicapp things really are until we lay eyes on the place. The hot tub and playground were a hit with our smaller one. The older kids enjoyed the game room and theater. The creek was a small but we were able to watch our little ones walk in it while we enjoyed the rocking chairs on the porch. Shelley was very helpful in answering all our question. Now the only negative thing we wish had booked it for another night. We will definitely be returning. Five stars!!!”

My family and I loved the house
My family and I loved the house! It had everything we needed. The theater room was huge hit for all ages (especially the men when the football games were on) Unfortunately it rained to much for the kids to enjoy the swing set this time but we definitely plan to book again! All the beds were comfortable, the fireplace was great, the porch swing was awesome. We also loved that the location was great! Can’t wait to stay here again!”

“All details were easy and the property was exactly as described. My 12 and 9 year old grandsons were never without something to do. The cabin is large with room for everyone to move about. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. The movie theatre was a big hit with a large selection of DVD's to choose from. The game room was always busy. Then in the evening the hot tub and fire pit were used.”

Very well kept cabin
“Very well kept cabin. Plenty of room for our three small families. the three bathrooms were exceptionally nice in allowing for faster bath times and more time to explore the mountains. The grand kids loved the game and theater room. Extremely nice to relax in a quite atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. We would definitely recommend this location to everyone. Also a nice touch to have the hot tub next to the play area where you can relax your muscles while keeping an eye on the kids. The location is definitely in a great spot if you plan on tubing at River Rat. And only 10 minutes or so from the Alpine Coaster and Tanger Outlets.”
