Cute little lake house located next to lovely Lake Weir and Gator Joes Beach Bar and Grill. It is a very short walk to the public beach there and only 12 miles to the shopping and nightlife of The Villages. The home has a large, full kitchen and a large capacity washer / dryer on the rear screened patio. There is a bonus room with a futon sofa, office desk and chair. The living room boasts a 48" Smart TV and the satellite feed is DirectV. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV and sitting chair. The backyard is private and has nice lawn furniture along with a BBQ grill. The home has an offset garage that has mountain bikes, a stand up paddleboard, a fishing kayak and sit in kayak and they are complimentary to use with your stay
