The resort style condominium has three pools, large ponds, lighted pathways through tropical grounds and some of the largest and nicest beachfront on Siesta Key. There is a first class gym, sauna, basketball, tennis and other fun sport courts, electric car charging, car wash area, car port, BBQ grills, gated entrance, party rooms, and management building. The grounds, building and equipment are well kept and clean! This unit is in the last building built and not as large as the others so it is quieter but you can go anywhere on the grounds if you want to venture to the other pools and activities. Full laundry room inside the unit. Take the free Trolley to either Village area or tip taxi if you do not want to drive. Sarasota has about everything you could desire in a quality small city but get out to the key and the lifestyle is easy, true paradise on the number one beach in the US of A!

You can fly directly into Sarasota and be welcomed at an easy and clean airport. You can chose to drive an hour to a hour and thirty minutes to Tampa, Ft. Meyers, Clearwater/St. Petersburg, Punta Gorda Airports, all which are respectable and a easy drive.

Rental minimum age of 25 years old. Families or mature adults preferred. No college spring break groups with students only. Prefer monthly rentals but will consider shorter depending on circumstances and occupancy. We do not want to over occupy this home, check with me if you have over 4 people. Might be able to accommodate 6 with additional rent. This condominium is for the renters only and cannot be used by visiting families renting in the area, not a party house. Respectful people only need inquire about this home! Day visitors acceptable with notice as gate keeper would have to be notified. Owner has the right to accept or reject renters or guests at their discretion.

There is a 20% charge if cancelled 90 days in advance of stay. There is a 30% charge if cancelled 60 days in advance of stay. There is a 40% charge if cancelled 30 days in advance of stay. No refund if less then 30 days of your dates of stay. Weather, sickness is not a reason to cancel, you can get renters insurance from an outside source if you want to protect your payment(s).

50% down of full balance for the reservation and 50% balance of agreement 6 weeks prior to your stay.

Extra guests over four can be discussed for consideration with a extra fee of 250 per week, per person.

Great property !

Beautiful home with all the amenities. Very private location on Azure Way in great neighborhood, but still close to beach & restaurants. Excellent communication with David & owners. Highly recommend.
