Spend hours walking & exploring the beach as the tide changes daily from high to low creating warm tidal pools trapping ocean life like snails, hermit crabs, fish, clams & mussels. Enjoy watching a wide variety of shore birds that live on the island, bald eagles & great blue herons.
The professionally landscaped property boasts a nautical fence, lighthouse, lots of trees for privacy and a large flat lawn that is perfect for children and adults to play fun games on.
