Typical Catalan farmhouse from the 15th century. Considered the oldest house in the town of Alella, it was a wine-producing farmhouse.
The main living room of the house is located in the cellar. It has wells and a natural water mine. Gothic stone windows. An extension of the house was carried out in the 18th century. The last total reform was carried out in 2016, with the latest Wi-Fi and fiber optic technologies, satellite, air conditioning, aerothermal system for sanitary water, swimming pool with saline chlorination system (without chemical chlorine). The age of the house was preserved to the maximum. In this reform, in addition to redoing the facilities, five suites with bathrooms were made, preserving the morphology of the house, creating a unique space for each suite.
