Being licensed as a hotel with over 45 properties in the area our properties come under strict laws to protect guests that an individual homeowner doesn’t have to abide by.
The United States Environmental Protection Agency has released an expanded list of disinfectants and cleaners that destroy COVID-19. Our cleaners only use EPA approved cleaning products on all surfaces and spray remote controls, light switches, door handles etc. and follow the cleaning protocol following the CDC guidelines that have been found to be effective against viruses.
According to a study funded by the US National Institutes of Health, without proper disinfectant measures the coronavirus stays “alive” on surfaces Up to three days, depending on the surface.
WE USE HOSPITAL/LAB LEVEL WHOLE HOUSE ATOMIZED AIRBORNE DISINFECTION ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL, YOU WILL BE THE FIRST PEOPLE GOING INTO THE HOUSE AFTER IT HAS BEEN DISINFECTED. A large open great room with cathedral ceilings and an instant view through tall glass sliders of the lanai, pool and back yard area. Easy clean tile and plank style flooring covers the entire floor area including the bedrooms and closets. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. The guest bath has a tub and shower combo.
A large screened pool cage keeps the insects out of the over sized pool and there are pool door alarms for you to use if needed, PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A HEATED POOL, this home has all the amenities to make you feel right at home!!!

All homes are within a 10-15 minutes drive to the beaches, All of the beaches border the Gulf of Mexico, where soft sea breezes keep the temperatures at a comfortable level, and the homes are within 10-15 minutes drive of shopping, groceries and restaurants.
Our closest airports are, Punta Gorda – 35 miles / Sarasota - 40 Miles / Ft. Myers - 60 Miles / Tampa - 95 Miles / Orlando - 165 Miles / Miami - 195 Miles.
A few of our homes are members to the Rotonda Golf & Country Club, with 2 Membership Cards each it allows you to take full advantage of all the Rotonda Golf Courses, please check if this house has golf membership before booking for your dates.
The Membership gives you unlimited access to the Links (18 holes), the Hills (18 holes), the Palms (18 holes) Long Marsh Golf Course (27 holes) and Pinemoor West (18 holes) as well as full use of their driving range at no extra cost.
To be able to play golf, you need to be registered with the clubs, registration costs:
May 1st to December 17th - FREE
December 18th to April 30th - $140 a week for 2 memberships
Once we register you with the courses you only pay the appropriate cart fee (between $15.00 and $35.00 depending on the course/season). If you have additional guest staying with you, they can take advantage of a reduced 'Guest' rate.
Hopefully you will not need any medical services during your stay, but if you do, we have a walk in clinic within 10 minutes drive and the Englewood Community Hospital is only 15 minutes drive away.
The area enjoys a location that is both secluded and tranquil. You can discover the "Real Florida" There are wildlife reserves where you can walk or bike, many wild animals are spotted in the community including Armadillos, Bob Cats and Wild Pigs. Alligators are plentiful in the canals and lakes.
A major mall is within a 20 minute drive and many local shopping are within a 5 to 10 minute drive.
For cyclists and joggers there is the "Rail/trail" a disused rail line to Boca Grande that runs adjacent to Rotonda.
