Come relax in our spacious (1,500 sq. ft.) open concept 3 BR, 2 BA canal/golf course home. Each room is furnished with all new high quality furniture. On entering the home there is a spacious living room with huge Tommy Bahama sectional sofa and plasma TV. Alongside this is the well-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. The adjoining dining room which seats eight people with matching bar stools around the island is excellent for entertaining.
From the open concept kitchen/dining area there is another family room with leather furniture overlooking the pool area. There are two sets of patio doors leading to the pool and decking area. The pool area is enclosed in a caged screen (1,400 sq. ft. to overlook a tranquil freshwater canal. Enjoy the pool under the stars and barbeque in all types of weather. The pool can be heated for $10.00 per day.
All bedrooms are comfortably furnished 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds (top of the line pillow top mattresses). The Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom/granite counters and large double closet.
This is an ideal base for White Sandy Gulf Beaches (7 miles from beautiful Boca Grande or Englewood beaches) - day trips to Naples, Sarasota and Fort Myers. It is also within easy access to the many Florida Attractions: Busch Garden, Disney World, Sea World, The Everglades, Kennedy Space Centre and many more. There are 5 Golf courses within the subdivision and many more within the vicinity.
This home is fully equipped including BBQ, patio furniture, and all your needs for the beach (chairs, umbrella and cooler). # adult mountain bikes. Make this home your getaway to a relaxing vacation. The home will be fully cleaning after your departure and no additional cost to you. - ENJOY!

We really loved this house! Location on the canal was so beautiful and peaceful. Pool and patio area was private and plenty of room to hang out and grill. Would definitely stay again!

FANTASTIC POOL
Very Clean home! Our kids played hours in the good size pool. Probably 7 foot deep pool which was great for 2 of the kids who were new swimmers. Some pool/beach floats left there for us to use and we left some ourselves. Beach cart, umbrellas, and other beach stuff to use. Plenty of beach towels. I would check the house before going to the grocery store. Condiments were there for us to use (left by other renters, I am sure) lots of spices and odds and ends from other renters. The owners live in Canada and my phone would not call there. They do have a house phone to use to call them...so that was wonderful. Some issues with the home and the owners were right on it. Nothing their fault.. just stuff happens. I would certainly rent from them again. The canal out back was very cool. We defiantly seen a few alligators daily and they were pretty big. We didn't really let the kids out there. Other wild life were all in the yard. We all enjoyed it. The beaches we went to were great!! Beds were comfortable. They seem to start you with some paper towels, toliet paper and garbage bags. We brought extras in our suitcase since we had some room. We also brought our dishwasher soap, laundry soap. Renters may leave some behind but most likely you will have to get some of your own. The house is very homey. Games for us to play, which we did,. Beds were comfortable. Love the huge bar in the kitchen. Everything you need to make meals. Thanks so much for a wonderful week in your home!! Shonda
