Whether you are looking for a long weekend staycation or an extended getaway, we can accommodate the request. As you approach your meticulously maintained destination, you will be warmly welcomed by waving neighbors walking, jogging and biking about. This active community is surrounded by 4 golf courses, with public links serving both the novice and the professional alike. Remember to pack the clubs! The kitchen serves as the hub of the space where all will gather around the breakfast bar to chat and have a casual bite. For the formal occasions, the dining room table suits 6 guests. The chef in the group will appreciate that everything you need is right at hand. Nothing has been missed. The view to the pool is quite extraordinary. Pocket sliders and an aquarium window create the perfect visual. Sprawling, covered lanai with a salt water pool and the convenience of electric heat as the evenings cool. For those who prefer sun and lots of it, there is plenty of space poolside to soak in the rays. Spacious seating under cover as well. Fire up the propane grill, inflate the rafts and let the relaxation begin. Privacy is created with nature’s own fence line. Home sits on a freshwater canal where nature abounds. The Sandhill Cranes are frequent guests. As the day comes to and end, a peaceful night’s rest is sure to be had in the comfortable accommodations. The master suite is split from the guest rooms and features king sized bedding. Both guest bedrooms feature queen sized sets. Unique dining and shopping experiences about. Bikes provided if you want to keep the exploration closer to home. This is a place where lasting memories are created. Pool heat available $15 per night. Available during cooler temperatures of the year.

$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the following list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. Please review the following list in advance.

 

TO DO:

 

.One (1 )set of sheets can be left per bed to launder-all additional sets must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the appropriate bedroom closet. If any of the sheets you have washed come out stained, please place them in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.

 

.One (1) towel can be left per guest to be laundered. All other towels must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the linen closet. If any of the towels that you washed come out stained, we ask that those towels are placed in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.

 

.Please leave any beds used beds unmade. Please place all used sheets, linens, and towels by the washer and dryer.

 

.All dishes should be run through the dishwasher the night before departure and dishes returned to the appropriate kitchen cabinet. Any pans that did not come clean should be washed by hand, dried, and returned to the appropriate cabinet. Any dishes produced from breakfast may be placed into the dishwasher and dishwasher started prior to your departure. Please do not place any soiled dishes or utensils back in the cabinets.

 

.Refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen cabinet food contents should be properly disposed of before your departure.

 

.All trash cans in the home should be bagged and then placed into the curbside can.

 

.Please do not place the outside trash receptacles on the curb unless the staff of Realty by Dale Thomas has reached out and requested so.

 

.Please return any moved items to where you had found them upon arrival. The home should be left in a neat and orderly condition. If any furniture has been moved please return it to its original location.

 

.Those with pets must vacuum the floor and the furniture as close to departure as possible to eliminate pet hair.

 

.Make sure all fans and lights are turned off. Please turn off all televisions and radios.

 

.Please make certain both the oven and stovetop are turned off Please unplug and small appliances on the kitchen counter.

 

.Please make sure all windows and doors are locked.

 

.Please lock the front door and return the keys to the lockbox if you have removed them Please make sure the garage door is completely closed.

 

.Place the garage remote and the spare key (if applicable) on the kitchen counter.

 

*Charges will incur as a result of lost or missing keys and/or remotes.

 

** We thank you in advance for your assistance. If all of the tasks are completed, the agreed-upon cleaning fee return will be initiated within 7 days.
