You are just minutes away from Downtown Gilbert where you can find everything you need and want. Several different restaurants and breweries are nearby. If you want to take a ride, you are about 15 minutes from downtown Scottsdale, 20 minutes from the Phoenix Open and spring training campuses. Only a short drive to the ASU campus in Tempe. You are about 20-30 minutes from downtown Phoenix and about 45 minutes to the West Valley where you have the Cardinals and Coyotes stadiums as well as NASCAR racing in Avondale! This house is in a great location to everything the Phoenix valley has to offer. You won't be disappointed!
