Clean and modern! Cabin 5 on Birch Lake offers great swimming and water sports. New in 2015! You’ll experience it up close because Cabin 5 is 44 feet from shore and beautiful sand beach. Cabin guests can enjoy the resort’s log lodge with large seating area. It has something for everyone - food, games, gift shop, laundry, and ample seating. Kids vacation memories will include feeding the chipmunks and resort rabbits. Inside Cabin 5: Knotty Pine interiors, carpeted, shower, microwave, range, refrigerator, dishes, and bed linens provided. Bring your own towels and personal items.

Rental Notes
ALL GUESTS MUST REGISTER AT THE LODGE BEFORE ENTERING CABINS.
Please, no early arrivals so we can have all the cabins, lodge, and grounds ready for everyone.
CHECK-IN AFTER 3:00 PM — CHECK-OUT BEFORE 9:00 AM
• All rates require a 3-night minimum stay. Call for mid and peak season daily rates - will only apply to openings inside 30 days of desired
date. These rates do not include sales taxes. • One watercraft space is included for each cabin. • Storing boats on trailers is not
allowed.
Cancellations: 75% of deposits are returned if the cabin is rebooked. After January 1, you are responsible for the full payment for the
period you have reserved whether you occupy the cabin or not unless it’s rebooked.
Deposit: A $200 booking deposit made within 7 days of reservation is required. Full deposit is due 1/1/19. A 50% deposit of the stay is
due for all stays less than a week. Deposits may be made by cash, check or credit card. Should you find it necessary to cancel your
reservation, let us know immediately.
