My condo features 2 bedrooms with a king size and a queen size bed (plus a sleeper sofa in the living room), 2 full baths, full kitchen, washer & dryer, patio/balcony, heated shared pool located on Lake Huron. You can enjoy a view of the Mackinaw Bridge while you are in the pool.
My rental property manager will have a contract for you to read over and fill out. It will have to be faxed, emailed or mailed back to her prior to your arrival. It is a list of the condominium rules the will be enforced by the property manger at the complex. Such as no campers, trailers, boats, etc.

Super clean
Nice property. Very well managed.
Very clean condo with a lake view
We have stayed in many vacation rentals in the last 10 years, and this was on the top of the cleanest rentals. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we came prepared with our own sanitize wipes, but surprisingly sanitize wipes were also provided at the condo among many other necessities. The condo has a beautiful view of the lake and a furnished deck to enjoy the view. The walk to the pool was not far, and nearby was a cemented sitting area. Every little detail was not missed at this place and the comfort of this condo gave us the experience we hoped for on our weekend trip. In addition, Carol was wonderful to work with. She was responsive and friendly. We plan to return for another weekend trip.

Great Mackinaw City condo
It was a great condo. Very clean. So much space. Close to Mackinac Island. Great pool although it was a bit cold. Great view of the bridge from the pool. There is now a Keurig in the kitchen. Thanks for providing one! So helpful.

Absolutely wonderful
Wonderful property, you can sit on the couch and see the lake, doesn’t get any better then that. The owner has everything you need, bring your food and your good to go. I would stay here again if going to this area. Very close to the ferry over to Mackinac Island.
