The condo has an excellent location, it is located in the Hotel Zone in front of the beach and it includes beach palapas, lounge chairs and a BBQ grill.
It is 5 minutes from the nightlife and downtown Cancun and the ferry to Isla Mujeres is a 5 minute walk.
The maximum occupancy is 4 adults + 1 child + 1 baby.
Please send a photo of each guest's ID with at least one day before arrival for check-in.

Guest access
Beautiful pool with ocean views and direct access to the beach. You are going to love the condo. The sea is very calm.
Air conditioning is an included service but we try to be ecological. Please turn it off when you are not in the apartment and do not use it with doors and windows open as it can be broken.
Other things to note
It includes only one cleaning before your arrival and one after your departure. If you need an extra cleaning or change of sheets and towels we can schedule it in advance (with extra cost).
Payment must be made through Airbnb to reserve the desired dates. The security deposit is only charged in case the apartment is delivered with any damage upon departure.

Great place! Last minute booking due to change in plans and they were extremely gracious in their communications and accommodations in scheduling. The space is perfect, the A/C units are wonderful and keep the place nice and cool. The pool area looked wonderful but did not make use of it.

Terrific location close to beach and some restaurants. Lots of kitchen utensils and the place was roomy. The managing company has a concierge that is extremely helpful. Tons of advice and very rapid responses. I have stayed with this company before and I would definitely book with this management company again
