Maintaining your full privacy you'll have,besides the house,at least one person of the staff for all your needs 24hours per day for cleaning service,breakfast and meals (surcharge),taxi calls,informations and so on.The neighbourhood is, like all of Cuba, very safe and quiet however at your best guarantee and guardianship there will be always a person beside the house by day and night as security. Although there is no parking inside you can park in front of the house as, in addition to the security service, we have installed outside the house surveillance cameras. Will be admitted to the house the number of guests communicated at the time of booking and any check in in the following days must be communicated in advance.The Cuban laws punish with hardness behaviors contrary to the law and in particular the use and the dealing of drugs and the prostitution.The house absolutely prohibits that such facts can take place within the house. The house is designed to accommodate families or groups of people. The good education, cleanliness and respect for persons or things in the house are absolutely required conditions to our customers.

I highly recommend that you consider staying at this lovely waterfront house while you are visiting Havana. After a day seeing the sites in the city, it is so nice to come home to this peaceful home and enjoy a cocktail on the terrace looking out at the sea. Dinner was lobsters with a salad and fresh vegetables. The staff is wonderful. Luca made our trip perfect with his suggestions for dinner and sightseeing. Don't worry about being away from downtown Havana-Luca can arrange a taxi and the drive is reasonable. This is much better than staying at a hotel or home in downtown Havana.

STAY HERE!!!! You will love Luca's hospitality. His home is gorgeous, the people are amazing and the food will floor you. STAY HERE!!!! But not next March....we are coming back!

Every review is accurate! This place blew our expectations out of the water! I won't repeat what everyone has already said, but we use AirBnB's often when traveling out of the country and comfortable saying this was probably by far the best place we have stayed at!
