Master bedroom has a king size bed and a 45 inch flat screen TV with combo DVD player. It has two large closets with dressers and built-ins.
Second bedroom has a queen size bed and a full size sofa sleeper. It has a 32 inch flat screen TV with combo DVD player and two large closets with dressers and built-ins.
Third bedroom has a full size bed and a 28 inch flat screen TV with combo DVD player. It has a walk-in closet with dresser.
Wash room has a new washer and dryer.
Kitchen has new appliances and granite counter tops, side by side refrigerator with crushed or cubed ice, dishwasher, Samsung microwave, GE stove, garbage disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The back yard has a patio and a secured privacy fence.

The home was exactly as described and two blocks from the beach. It was very clean and fully stocked. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to rent this house again next year.

Immaculate, comfortable, perfectly located!
As an evacuee from SWLA after Hurricane Laura, I needed to find a spot to work, and that would be safe and comfortable for my 2 fur babies. I feel so fortunate that James’ beautiful property was available!! It is central to evvvverrrything, extremely well maintained, spacious, well stocked, and private. I will share a few nearby restaurants that were fabulous as well- breakfast at Brick & Spoon, dinner at White Pillars, phenomenal pizza at Sicilian ii, lunch with my fur baby at Shaggy’s on the Beach!! If you are eyeing this one, book it before it gets away- it truly is a GEM and I’ll snap it up anytime we are back in the area!!!!

GREAT RENTAL
This property was exactly like described online. Owner was easy to get in contact with. We were on vacation when a hurricane was suppose to hit, and he called to make sure that we were ok and didn't need anything. Plenty of supplies. Nice quiet neighborhood. Loved it.

Fantastic
We had a great stay at this property. We had a group of 10 including children and it was more than enough space. Everything was in working condition and we really appreciate the cleanliness of the property. It is also very close to beach and stores, convenient location. We would return to this property again.
