This apartment has an amazing view and an excellent location (near good restaurants, super markets and shopping mall). great for relaxing and having a great time. Vista espectacular desde la terraza hacia el océano en el 15vo piso y por la parte trasera a las montañas totalmente equipado, solo ven a disfrutar

Cuando me lo soliciten con todo gusto y en el ingreso a la torre se encuentra 24 hr una persona se seguridad que les puede pedir taxi o darles información del lugar

To hold reservation an initial payment of 50% of the total amount is due. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before your arrival date. In the event that advance payments for rent are not made when due, the reservation is subject to immediate cancellation in accordance with cancelation term, so that the condo can be rented to another party. All payments will be made via E-Transfer or through the booking site.
When arrived be sure to check there is hot water running, if not, please notice reception so that they can assist you get the hot water bomb on. When using the air conditioning be sure all the windows are closed otherwise the room won't get at the desired temperature. If you have any questions or issue with any of the services do not hesitate to ask for help in the front desk.

Although the owners of the place are struggling to build, the department is very good and compensates; it is quite large, it is very pleasant and is well placed. The floor 15 offers a privileged view and the supermarket shopping is very convenient for haberdashery. The beach can only be found on the shores of the condo that have been solicited for life, but in general the staff is very attentive and serviceable. Tienen a snack bar decente para botanas y bebidas, y dos de las tres albercas stán terminadas y tienen una bella vista al mar.

Great place to stay
Great place to stay. We just finished a trip with my in-laws and our 2 year old and it had everything we needed. The pools are nice and the views are great.

Great property. You won't be disappointed. Great location on the beach and near downtown. Two grocery stores very close to the property. The condo was beautiful and the Grand Venetian is a very well kept facility. Having a restaurant on the facility was an added plus.

The condo exceeded our expectations
The condo exceeded our expectations. Large and comfortable with beautiful views. Shopping, groceries, and restaurants are close by. Easy bus ride to the Malecon and Marina (went to the Thursday night market). The property has several large infinity pools overlooking the beach and ocean. We loved going for evening swims and quite often we had the pools and hot tubs to ourselves to enjoy the ocean, city lights, and nightly fireworks. The onsite restaurant and poolside food and drink service was also excellent. Elena was a wonderful host and responded quickly to all of my inquiries. I highly recommend this property!
