These spacious beachfront casa de los abuelos (Grandparent's House) is located the famous 'las conchas' village in Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point). These large beautiful mexican style oceanfront home has 1 master bedroom with 2 king size beds and 2 twin beds, 2 bedrooms one with king size bed and the other with a full size bed, 2 full baths, all these in the main house and also available is a guest house with one bedroom with 2 king size beds and a full bath (please call for details since a different rate is used for this guest house), total in both houses sleep up to 15.
Other amenities include: Full Kitchen available for cooking, Laundry room, Great space for kids to play, A/C, satellite TV with DVD. Maid Service is included upon exit the property. Linens and Towels are provided. No Smoking Inside and No Pets, please. 3 night minimum stay.
Property is available for events such as wedding, birthday party, graduations, etc., please ask if you're interested we have an excellent decoration and event planner solution for your needs. Please be aware that there is an additional fee for hosting an event. Please contact us before booking if this is your case.

This year is been complicated with this new virus, we're very responsible regarding this and we try to comply with all local and federal recommendations so we can offer you a safe and Covid free environment, that is why we clean the house and spray it with sanitizer to kill bacteria and virus such as covid-19 among other, we have the local authorities check on us regularly and provide us with a certification of good health practices in the house.
We offer you one free trip to get your groceries, water, take out food, medicines or whatever you need so you won't have to expose yourself to crowded places, we provide our personel adequate equipment to prevent them to contagion (KN95 or 3-ply mask, gloves, anti-bacterial gel), this service is limited to 1 trip per night stay.

Family Summer Vacation to Puerto Peñasco
This home is just perfect for a big group of family. This home has a separate apartment where a couple with kids could stay, theres tons of room! The bathroom in the small apartment could use a light for when showering at night, but the owner did mention his wife and him are working of updating the house :) We love it, the kids enjoyed it, and we will definitely be back soon!

Family Trip
This is a home we would rent again for another large family trip. The home was very comfortable and clean. All beds very comfortable, all bathrooms full baths and plenty of them. The kitchen was great for cooking for a large family. Being a beach front property was amazing and the beach was an excellent sandy beach. Great for the kids to play. Close enough to town but out far enough for the privacy and quite environment. I would rate this home with 5 stars.

Love this house!
I couldn’t of been any Happier with our stay here. I come to Rocky Point, and have had my fair and stay at different houses. But this house is by far on top of the top. Jesus the owner was incredible, replies to my message with in short minutes. Made everyone in my group feel welcomed! I will definitely be coming back to this house for my future vacations! Great reunión after months of social distancing
Jesus was a great host and would promptly answer all my questions. The house was spacious. The barbecue area was great . The beach was absolutely perfect. Everyone that went said they would definitely stay there again.

This property was great! The home has plenty of space for multiple families and the casita is spacious too. The patio is beautiful. The front yard area has plenty of space for multiple cars. Over all, this property was great and we would absolutely come back again!
