50 in. Flat Screen TV w/DVD in living room with 32 in. Flat Screen TVs in both bedrooms. Free WIFI and cable too.
Sits on the famous World Tour 18 hole golf course and 27 hole Rivers oaks golf course. It is nicely located across from the newly constructed swimming pool and grills. A short 8-10 min drive to beautiful Myrtle Beaches and Grand Strand. 10 min from airport (MYR). Other attractions include Tanger Outlets, Broadway at the beach, Coastal Grand Mall; and numerous golf courses.

Children are welcome. Sorry, no pets. Minimum age rental restriction of 24. Also no motorcycles or trailers allowed. Will rent monthly from November to end of February.

Great Location
The size of the condo was perfect for 4 adults. Everything within 10 minutes of condo, ie airport, outlets, groceries, and the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs, and the laundry facilities. We enjoyed the golfing, played at 4 courses, World Tour was the nicest. Would recommend, and would stay again.

Great Condo
This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first time. The condo was very clean and has a nice pool, bbq, and patio area to sit and relax. It's close to the beach and all attractions. The process of booking was very easy and Craig provided us with all the information prior to arriving.We would definitely stay again! Thank you Craig and Lori for allowing us to stay at your home.

Golf Trip for 4
Excellent location from airport and plenty of stuff around to do. We played 5 courses, had 4 adults, the furthest course we played was about 20 mins away. Broadway at the beach was our night spot each evening...about a $25 uber ride. Great place !
