High ceilings and skylight with fireplace makes the Florida room a very comfortable place for gatherings. Living/dining room has bay windows overlooking front, yard. All rooms inside home have been recently painted with new wood floors throughout except for bedrooms, which have new carpeting. New gas stove and fairly new dishwasher. Rest of home is comfortable and no desire to upgrade. We like it. Home is in a great location, centrally located to University of Florida, down the road from Planet Fitness Gym, Burlington’s, Ross’s, Restaurants, Home Depot, Lowes, schools, grocery stores and much more. Thanksgiving 2019
Lee is in the process of updating this property. Fresh paint throughout and beautiful flooring has went in. The house is great with 4 nice sized bedrooms and lots of open space in the main house for family to enjoy. Updating the master bath, kitchen & backporch would be a big plus. Location was perfect for us, close to other family who lives in town and a quick Uber ride to & from the Gator game. Lee was quick to respond and a pleasure to do business with. We enjoyed our stay.
