Watch the dolphins in the morning or the glorious sunsets at night from the comfort of the lanais, living room or master bedroom. Sliding glass doors give access to lanais on three sides (two are screened). the vies are spectacular.

The Condo has recently tiled floors throughout, is fully equipped including a built in microwave, granite counter, spice drawer and all necessary utensils. There are two eating areas in both the dining room and lanai. The living room has two reclining chairs, a gaming table, a sofa bed, cable TV, VCR, and DVD. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with view of the west and northern beaches, a walk-in closet, full bathroom and cable TV. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed, access to the northern view balcony, a walk-in closet and cable TV. Of course all linens, tennis rackets and beach chairs and towels are supplied. The condo complex offers a covered parking and of course access to pool, fitness room, tennis courts, bar-b-cue, table tennis, shuffle board, library, social room and fishing dock.

Be lulled to sleep with the sound of the surf, or relax, read, or eat, entertained by the dolphins and shorebirds in view. Close at hand, Naples with it's restaurants, exceptional shopping and theater, Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. As well, 40 golf courses, boat rentals of all types and easy access to the wonders of the Western Everglades.
