This charming 'woodsy elegant' log cabin compound is perfect for extended family getaways and groups of friends, who enjoy a sophisticated atmosphere with tasteful charm; you'll love the professional kitchen, the charm of the cozy log walls of the main cabin, the amazing lake views, and the included Pontoon Boat! Enjoy the Game Room area in the Bunk House, as well as sleeping 10 feet from the lake in the Boat House... perfect for friends and family traveling together- privacy yet togetherness!
The space
This well-appointed compound has three distinct sleeping and relaxing areas, yet has plenty of group spaces to enjoy together time. The compound also comes with a Pontoon/Deck Boat included in the rental, as well as 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards....
**During these challenging times, we are taking the necessary steps to make sure that everything is safe for both rental guests and our cleaning staff at Little Fox Hollow; we are blocking out 'protection dates' here in May so that the cabins sit empty between rental groups for at least 3-4 days. We are also training our cleaning folks so that in addition to their usual impeccable cleaning techniques, they are also sanitizing everywhere within the cabins.**
Guest access
Rental guests have exclusive access to all three buildings/spaces, with no shared spaces....

Other things to note
Little Fox Hollow is on a large recreational lake wonderful for swimming and boating! There are even 2 restaurants on the lake that folks can boat to, using the large pontoon/deck boat that is provided right there at the dock upon your arrival!
As it is a bit of a walk down to the dock, a golf cart is also provided for those rental guests who might have difficulty walking...

Little Fox Hollow was an absolute gem
Little Fox Hollow was an absolute gem! My boyfriend and I wanted to find a cozy log cabin tucked away in the woods, but still with all amenities that bring comfort. Stacy's cabin was exactly what we were looking for! You feel at home the minute you walk through the door and you can tell great care was put into selecting each decor item so that you feel immersed in a different world far away from home. We honestly didn't leave the grounds all weekend and we could have gladly stayed way longer. The view from every room is amazing and peaceful. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make deluxe meals. Sitting by the wood burning fireplace reading books, talking, and making smores was everything perfect memories are made of. If you want a romantic weekend getaway, please, look no further than Fox Hollow. I can only imagine how much fun the cabin would be in the Summertime as well with the outdoor decks and water activity. Five stars all around - we're already talking about when we should come back for another visit :)

We had such a great time at these cabins! The main cabin is better than pictured, felt very luxurious like at a resort. The bunkhouse and boathouse were fun spaces to expand sleeping capability. Our kids loved hanging in the bunkhouse in the evenings playing games and watching movies while we cooked dinner. The pontoon boat was perfect for our group and the golf cart made running back up to the cabin for things a breeze. Kids has a blast playing in the sandy beach and fishing off the dock. Definitely a place we would return to!

This is a perfect location to unwind and unplug, however WiFi is available if you need to check in! We loved the personal touches like s’mores ingredients, firewood and board games. We stayed with our adult children for a week of relaxation, boating, fishing and enjoying nature. The cabin was well-equipped for our family master “griller”! We enjoyed cooking together in the beautiful, modern kitchen. The buildings provided fun spaces for enjoying our family time! The kayaks, SUP boards, pontoon and golf cart were perfect and match our interests. We had everything we needed and didn’t have to pack a thing except our sunscreen and bug spray! We were glad we brought a tabletop Thermacell for the deck to enjoy the birds and wildlife right outside our door. Hayward was a cute rainy day shopping trip, we didn’t get to the area wineries or distillery but will definitely be back to take those in! We had a wonderful relaxing vacation!

This was the perfect experience
This was the perfect experience of a rustic log cabin with all of the amenities that one would expect from a new home. Stacy did an outstanding job keeping the original look and feel but adding In the niceties of today. Great location with lots to do (kayaking, paddle boarding and boating) let alone just relax and enjoy the nature all around you. We loved this experience and had a relaxing time as a family. We especially loved seeing the family of fox on the property! I would highly recommend this for anyone.

Great place , nice to have separate places but then one main cabin for meals . The golf cart that was provided was perfect for my parents who would have struggled to get to lake , instead they were able to join in the lake fun anytime they wanted

We had the best stay at Little Fox Hollow
We had the best stay at Little Fox Hollow! The setup with 3 separate cabins was perfect and each one offered a comfortable & unique spot for each group to make their own. The lake was gorgeous and the kids were able to jump off the dock and still touch bottom & play without it being too deep/weedy. They also had blast catching panfish from shore/dock and adults had some success with bigger fish in the bay too. The pontoon, kayaks, paddle boards, golf cart, campfire, games, etc. kept all of us (aged 2 to 70) more than entertained and the deck was the perfect spot to gather and bbq as a family at the end of each day. Stacy was a wonderful host and we had everything we needed. We hope to return for another visit!

wonderful week
My family (4 adults, 1 senior and 4 kids) had a wonderful week at Little Fox Hollow. We ran into a few unexpected surprises (housekeeping mistake, along with a building and an appliance malfunction); however, Stacy the caretaker did an excellent job responding to these issues and I have high confidence she is making sure things are in order for the next guests. Response time was also helped by the fact that one of the property's repairmen lives close to this location so getting him to come over on short notice was easy. The property is stunning--the view of the lake and undeveloped land across the way is priceless. The main cabin is a gem--fabulously renovated with cabin cuteness. I stayed in the bunkhouse with my son. Bunkhouse is suitable for up to 3 in my opinion. While it was fine for me, I think kids who are old enough to sleep in that building alone would appreciate it more and have a ball with all the games, tv, and stereo. My sister's family of 4 (2 young kids) stayed in the boathouse. Boathouse is like an HGTV tiny house. It's adorable, but after a week in tight quarters she no longer thinks "tiny living" is a dream. The boathouse can fit up to 4 (assuming some are kids), but probably best suited for only 2 adults. Leave your water toys, games, and books at home as the cabin is stocked with plenty for you.

Amazing views
Paradise on the Lake! Amazing views from the main cabin and the boat house. We had an osprey land in a pine in front of the cabin; eagles flew by; mergansers and other ducks paddled by the dock; various woodpeckers and black squirrels rounded out the menagerie. Watched another fisherman catch a musky in front of the dock. We wished it was us, (but it proves they are present even if reluctant to bite our lures). We had some luck with n. Pike. We made full use of the very well-equipped kitchen and used the outdoor water toys. Great north woods property and experience.

The perfect Northwoods retreat
The perfect Northwoods retreat! The view from Little Fox Hollow is absolutely stunning. My husband and I stayed several nights with our baby. We were able to fit his pack ‘n play in the guest room by moving the side table. It worked out great so he could have his own space. Then we could relax and unwind in the living room after bedtime and during naps. We cooked all our meals there. It was a great setup. We’ll definitely be back!

Stacy is an wonderful host! Very communicative and quick on the response. The cabin is lovely, comfortable, luxurious and warm! All the amenities you could possibly need. My sister and brother-in-law LOVED the Boat House. The lake is amazing!! I could sit and gaze out the window at the lake for days. Can’t wait until next year!! Thanks again!

This was a great place to stay if you have a group that would like to have their own spaces. It was a unique find to have a property with three separate living areas (great for traveling with in-laws). The main cabin was very charming and had a great kitchen to work in! This is a more rustic property, but that is just what we were looking for! We loved our experience!

Little Fox Hollow is one of the best Airbnb stays we've ever had! What a gorgeous and comfortable cabin! We had an amazing lakeside view and access to a pontoon boat, kayaks, and paddle boards. The place is so charming, and a larger group would really appreciate the 2 extra living spaces. Our host, Stacy, was extremely responsive and accommodating. She made us feel truly welcome with her exceptional customer service. The town of Stone Lake is about a 10-minute drive away, and even during the pandemic, had its grocery store and a few restaurants open. Hiking is also nearby, and the fall colors were at their peak. Can't wait to return!

This place blew us out of the water. It was super cozy and loved everything about all the cabins. It was super nice to ya w wood burning fires and being outside on the deck grilling. Definitely will be coming back and definitely will be booking with Stacy at her other houses also. Thanks again you are a rock star
