Great Location
Is a great location, with a nice hot tub, with close to restaurants and bars. Could’ve been any easier to get on the gondola at Keystone. The owner was very receptive and helped us out anytime we needed it. Very clean place.

This condo is in the perfect location with a slope side view. Great size for a couple or small family. We will definitely be coming back to this unit on our next visit!

Beautiful place!
We loved this condo! It was in the best spot with barely a walk to anywhere. We had a beautiful view of the mountain. The condo had everything we needed and we saved a ton of money cooking our meals. The grocery store was close by too. We will definitely be going back here again and staying in this exact condo if we can!

Steps to the slopes!
This property is literally steps to the keystone main gondola, making it ideal for a ski trip!! The view is stunning (full mountain views!!!) and the convenience to all River Run Village shops, restaurants and activities makes it a total “10”!!!

A perfect get-a-way....Loved every moment.
Communication was seamless from start to finish with Andrew! We loved the Black Bear Lodge and it's location. The quality of the building and individual unit was terrific. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped and large bathroom made for a great stay. The graciousness of the owner and working through the management company was very convenient and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the views, the convenience of restaurants, festivals, the summer lift and activities. We definitely recommend this temporary home in paradise. Thanks for everything.

Very convenient location. About a 3 minute walk to the River Run Gondola.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It was located minutes from everything in the River Run Village. We did snowboard school one day and the check-in was basically below our balcony which made it very convenient. Having access to the ski lockers in the basement was a huge bonus. We could grab extra clothes or snacks in the locker and be back on the gondola within minutes. I wish we would have known earlier that there was rental equipment discounts but that may be my fault for booking the rental equipment so far in advance. Overall I would highly recommend this property and if we decide to make another trip to Keystone this will be the first property I check for openings.
