Description
We have a Membership Access as a club owner to the clubs large lap pool, kiddie pool, diving pool, indoor pool, basketball court, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, miniature golf, Racquetball courts, ping pong, shuffle board, oversize chess, and additional two homeowner pools and hot tubs. This is the only 3 bedroom condo that has been completely rebuilt, remodeled and refurbished with lofted ceilings and more . The Monterrey Condo is the the nicest and largest of the 3 bedroom units (there is a big difference in sizes of 3 bedroom units!!!) 1720 sq ft compared to 1124 sq ft. Located on the 3rd floor (top floor) which makes it the quietest unit, no noise from above unlike most of the other units. It has elevator(as elevator door opens, there is the door to the condo) or it has direct stair access, it is the most secure, quietest, and has the best view of the common area amenities. Also lap pool, and indoor pool, kids pool, 2 hot tubs, splash pad, and 2 other swimming pools with hot tubs. Shuffle board, multiple basketball courts, 2 pickleball courts, 2 Table Tennis, Miniature Golf, horseshoes, outdoor oversize chess pad. Two King size beds and one Queen. WiFi secure access. Because we have the upgraded membership in the club house, there is no charge for the use of the equipment to play pickle ball, basketball, chess, table tennis, and shuffleboard. There are many tennis courts nearby. 12 golf courses nearby. Also several parks with splash pads, climbing area, and a train.
This unit is one of the few that has soft water.
Renters have access to most Spa Facilities including massage, facials, pedicures. Access includes swimming pools, hot tubs, basketball and pickelball courts.
Condo is part of a major Resort.
If you are booking other units for your party, such as family reunions, you should know we do not allow gatherings of other people in our condo other than the up to 6 occupants. No smoking or pets.

Rental Notes
Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. In order to reduce wear and tear and to keep our condo nice for our guests, having more occupants than the number agreed upon is a violation of our rental agreement. Rental will be cancelled and monies paid will be forfeited.

Great Location!
We love staying in this condo! We book it every time we go! Beautiful view of pool, tennis courts and red rocks. Convenient and easy access to all amenities which was wonderful for our family. So nice to have the pool passes included with our stay, as many other condos in Las Palmas do not provide this. We love that it is just a hop, skip and a jump to scenic hiking, biking, golfing, shopping, the movie theater, restaurants and grocery stores. Such a great get away for our family!

Incredible accommodations
We had the most incredible experience staying at this condo. It was clean and just as advertised. The owners are fabulous to work with. This is where you want to stay (unless it is the at the same time we are, because we will be back for sure). You won't regret your stay here. It has everything you need and more. The pools are a bonus. Balcony has great view. Rooms and beds are large and comfy. We've stayed at several and we have found our "go to" now. Can't wait to go back.

Pre-Holiday Getaway
The Monterey Condo was everything listed and more. Check-in and check-out were a breeze! The condo is well appointed and having the pass available to the Green Valley Resort facilities was key as the weather wasn't exactly cooperating while we were there. Nice selection of movies and the use of the owners tennis racquets/balls. Owners, Michael and Vicki made the rental process easy and always answered emails promptly. This was the perfect getaway for our family.
Very clean, great location and this place has every amenity
We've stayed here many times and will continue to return. Love having the multiple pool options and plenty of tennis courts to choose from. The condo is always clean and has a wide open floor plan which makes it feel very spacious and this building has the best view in the entire complex.
