This cozy studio apartment is suitable for up to up to 4. Minutes away from the heard of Downtown DC in Kirby Forest by famous Pimmit Run.
The studio is furnished with a one queen sized bed, one queen airobed bed and a futon by request. There are a mini wet bar with kitchen table, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The bathroom is complete with a shower, bath tub and toilet. It also has air-conditioning, central heating, television, Wi-Fi Internet; comes with linens, and towels.
We can provide guests free Berkee water for the duration of their stay.
Shared spaces:
The picnic table by the river is a shared space. In light of Covid-19, please disinfect the space (tables, chairs, etc.) prior to use.
The grill area is a shared space accessible only with owner's permission. Please contact management before using the grill.
If you need to do laundry, we can assist you. Please contact management for arrangements.
We only wash normal clothing, not delicates. We are not responsible for damage done to delicate clothing during washing.

A little too much furniture and over decorated

Great rooms and neighborhood.
Good place to sleep since we spent every day with our grandkid. A small heater in the bathroom would have helped; bed was very comfortable. Thanks!
