The Grand's main floor consists of an elegant open kitchen/living room area with a breakfast nook and a separate formal dining area. One queen bedroom and 2 king bedrooms with an elegant bath. A large deck off the main floor with views of the lawn and pond area, outdoor/ indoor stereo, BBQ is excellent for year-round outdoor dining and entertaining. Free high-speed wireless Internet and 4 LCD Cable TV's with Dish TV.
The master suite is spacious and airy. The king bed looks out over the pond. The master bath is an oasis of spa-like serenity with dual sinks, dual walk-in closets, walk-in shower with steam and jetted tub. There are private doors that open to the terrace and the crisp mountain air. It is a great joy, the sound of the fountain in the pond, wind ruffling the trees outside.
The lower level has one king bedroom, one queen bedroom with full bath adjacent to a large rec room complete with a bar, flat screen TV, sound system and plenty of room to relax and play. From the rec room, head outside to a huge; partially cover patio area with BBQ, lounge chairs and hot tub. Step off the patio on to a beautiful lawn area which runs down to the private pond area with large fire pit.

Glacier Tamarack Tranquility Grand can accommodate 24 people on the same 7 acre parcel. Rent both for 1500.00 per night., Very secluded from one another but within walking distance. These two homes and Cabin together will accommodate 24 people on 7 acres. Extra people per night is 30.00 per person
Rental Agreement
I, ________________________________of hereinafter known as renter, do hereby agree to rent: [Glacier Tamarack Tranquility] located in Columbia Falls Montana.”
As renter, I hereby enclose my payment for 50% of the total rent to hold my reservation. The full balance is due 90 days prior to occupancy.
As renter, I agree to the following cancellation policy: If I cancel my reservations, any monies paid will be refundable minus a $100.00 service charge, provided another party rents my reserved home for my reserved dates. If another party rents my reserved home for my reserved dates, any monies paid will be applied first toward those days where there is no rental by another party. Any monies not applied to unrented days will be refunded minus a $100.00 service charge. If the reserved home is not rented for any of the reserved dates, no refund of any monies paid will be due. I understand there will be no refunds for arriving late, leaving early or “no shows.” I also understand that the requested rental is on a first deposit first held basis and that my payment will be returned should the time be taken. I will receive reservation confirmation.
I, the renter, also understand that rates are based in U.S. dollars, and are for accommodations, including use of utilities, furnishings and linens. Damages to the premises, lost or stolen items will be assessed above rental fees. It is understood that if the renter is found willfully and knowingly damaging or defacing the property or allowing it to be done, disturbing the peace of the community, or breaking local laws that the renter is in violation of this agreement and therefore trespassing without the owners’ permission and is subject to eviction and quite possibility prosecution from local authorities.
A 500.00 damage deposit is due upon arrival by Visa, after cleaning is done, a phone call will be made to discuss any damages that may have occurred, if not the visa credit card will not be billed.
Check in time is 4:00 P.m. AND CHECKOUT TIME IS 10:00 AM.

Lovely and relaxing
Can't imagine a nicer place for a get away with friends and family. This property is beautiful, relaxing and set up for fun. The house is full of lovely wildlife art and comfortable spaces. The patio and deck, where we spent most of our time when we weren't at the park, are perfectly designed for socializing. The yard and pond are apparently appreciated by wildlife and we were treated with some very cool animal visitors. Kitchen easily accommodated preparation of meals for a large crowd. Easy access to Glacier and very nice owners. We would happily return and rent it again.

Fabulous vacation spot
We rented Brenda's 2 homes and cabin for a 4-generation group of family and friends to celebrate several important birthdays and anniversaries. Brenda gave us a warm introduction, and the accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed visits from wildlife and a visiting cow, cousins' soccer matches on the expansive lawn, great times and s'mores (a first for our English friend!) around the firepit at night, and reading and card-playing on the lovely deck. Unlike many rentals, the kitchen was well-equipped and provided the raw materials for many delicious meals prepared by cooks who would have liked to take the stove home with them. The location was perfect as a jumping off point for visits to Glacier National Park and Whitefish, MT. We highly recommend a visit to Tamarack!

Wonderful compound!
Everything about the place was wonderful. We had 22 people staying and everyone was comfortable. I have the accuracy of the listing 4 stars because I think the pictures in the listing don’t represent the place well enough. The place is better than the pictures! Odd that I would give it 4 stars for that, but I think they need to be better.

Great Vacation Getaway
The property was great. The property manager was professional and responded promptly to questions and concerns. We thoroughly enjoyed our family reunion and the setting was relaxing. Location is great; secluded but close to recreation, lakes and Glacier National Park. Would recommend for any family get together.

Montana At Its Best
The "Home Base" was just that - everything you need in a home to launch your Montana adventures - hiking, rafting, shopping, eating out, rodeo. The home was fantastic - room for everyone, fire at night, plenty of outside space.

Columbia Falls is a great base for exploring Glacier National Park and the surrounding area. This property was the perfect location for our Family gathering. Plenty of room for everyone. It was a home away from home. The experience was better than pictures could convey.
