This lovely, historic home is located on Ocean Pathway, steps to the beach and boardwalk, the Great Auditorium and downtown restaurants and shops. This is the place where vacation memories are made!
This single family, two story beach rental is centrally located and within walking distance to all Ocean Grove has to offer vacationers, including a relaxing day at the beach or an afternoon in historic downtown with its quaint shops, antiques, fine dining, and parks. But that isn’t all. The Great Auditorium, Tent City, paddle boat rides on Wesley Lake, and endless fun at the Asbury Park Boardwalk are all just a quick walk or bike ride away!
This house sleeps 11 and features 5 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. A master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and another bedroom with a half bath are located on the first floor. All bedrooms have AC window units, kitchen is fully equipped and has all new stainless steel appliances. The house has a large living room and dining room to accommodate good size groups. Washer and Dryer on premises. Additional bonus, We have a 'beach' shower in the garage.
As the hub of the Grove, Ocean Pathway is perfect for people watching, walking the dog, flying kites, or getting in a friendly game of frisbee with the kids. With a full view of Ocean Pathway from the front porch and the upstairs balcony, you’re sure to be entertained by the ongoing activities on the Pathway. Plus, the balcony is the perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee and a breathtaking sunrise!
Your family is sure to appreciate the many perks that are standard with this vacation rental and include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, four (4) adult beach comber bicycles, four (4) full-access beach passes, several beach chairs, a beach buggy, beach toys, and a lil’ red wagon. PARKING is plentiful with this rental due to the enclosed single car garage and extended driveway that will easily accommodate several vehicles.
Optional linen service available for additional $250 and includes all bedding, linens, towels, and beach towels. Cleaning fees and pet fees will also apply when applicable.

Smoking is allowed only in the backyard. Small dogs are allowed with a non-refundable pet deposit. Rental is from Friday 4 pm to Friday 11 am to avoid summer traffic. Cleaning and concierge services are available at an additional cost.

Perfect beach house!
My family just loved this house for our vacation! It is spacious, clean, comfortable and so close to the beach. There were 6 adults and one 4-year-old, and the layout was perfect for everyone to be together for "family time" on the front porch and deck, but also have our own space. My daughter loved the bunk bed and the cute toys. I especially loved having all the beach supplies so we didn't have to pack any - including a wagon and beach cart to get all our towels, chairs and snacks to the beach! We appreciated having bikes to ride on the boardwalk and my daughter also loved flying the kite. I almost didn't want to write a glowing review because we want to be able to book this place next summer, but it is totally deserving. Property management and owner are helpful and responsive. The location couldn't be better; so close to the beach and just a short walk or drive to any of the neighboring towns if you want more nightlife and activity options. Thanks for making our vacation so fun!

This home is beautiful, much nicer than the pictures. Teresa, the organizer of you stay, is wonderful. So helpful, there every step of the way for anything you need. The home has all everything you need for a comfortable stay in it. Every room has air conditioning and is very comfortable. The home is quiet and bottom floor is nicely separated from the top floor so you don't hear upstairs what is going on downstairs. The house does have some crooked floors on the decks, so if someone is unsteady on their feet you'll have to be conscious about that, but the decks are LOVELY to sit on all times of the day. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The beach can be viewed from the upstairs balcony and the walk to the beach is shorter than the length of the football field. There is driveway parking for 2 cars in the back. The garage has all things to go to the beach, beautiful towels, and outside shower, very nice kites (2) and coolers. This home really does have everything you need for a nice vacation. We will definitely go back!

Lovely home
This lovely home in Ocean Grove was the perfect setting for our family. This home was comfortable, well-stocked, and perfectly located. This was our first time in Ocean Grove and thoroughly enjoyed the town and other surrounding towns. Teresa was very accommodating during our entire stay. We would highly recommend staying at this home.

The perfect beach getaway house and location
The house and the location exceeded our expectations! The house is on the most desirable street in Ocean Grove and the views from our porches were truly spectacular. The owner and the caretaker of the house were both so nice and accommodating. We can't wait to book it again this season

Terrific House
We really enjoyed staying at this house in such a great location! The property manager Allacen couldn't have been more helpful. Plenty of space for our family who especially loved the porch and deck. Greta has provided everything a vacationer needs: A/C, beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes and coolers. We are already talking about "the next time!". Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful stay in Ocean Grove!
We had a delightful stay in this home in Ocean Grove! We were right in the center of everything going on! We enjoyed sitting on the big front porch everyday! The beach was so close by, and this property provided chairs, umbrellas, beach car, beach badges, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. The kitchen was very well stocked with every equipment and gadget we needed! We enjoyed the gas grill for burgers! The house was very clean and the air conditioners in each bedroom were delightful! The beds were very comfortable! Our family group included ages 7 weeks to my 95 year old mother! We would stay here again anytime! It was wonderful! The property manager was so accommadating and available to us for anything we needed! It was a perfect vacation in a wonderful little town that means so much to our family!!

Perfect Weekend Getaway
Perfect location. Close enough to Asbury but far enough from the chaos. Owner/listing agent are sweet as can be. Great neighbors, great street. House was perfect fit. Amazing view of the ocean from the second floor balcony.
