EARTHQUAKE UPDATE: Our house is ready to receive guests . We were very fortunate during the emergency, our area don't suffering any damage. In the east side of ​​the island where our property is located, everything is normal, the electricity and water services are working at full capacity.
This elegant beach house is walking distance to the beach. Located in Villa Palmira, Humacao this beach front paradise is totally remodeled, fully furnished with all amenities, fully air conditioned, wireless-internet, washer and dryer and private pool (Pool Service every week) Just 45 minutes drive you have the historic walled fortress city of Old San Juan. The tropical mountain El Yunque Rainforest and the beatiful Surfing Luquillo Beach(La Pared) is a 40 minutes drive. El Faro Lighthouse Museum and Las Cabezas Nature Reserve (bioluminescent mangrove lagoon). The port town of Fajardo, and boats hires for sailing/boating, snorkeling/scuba, fishing, and ferries to Culebra and Vieques Islands, at 5 miles. Be sure to go out sailing from Fajardo on the luxurious 50' yacht, drink& gourmet lunch included, to the small outer islands for great snorkeling. This part of the island was visited by many tourist because it has the best coral reefs and water clarity.

We loved this property!
We were a group of 11, 8 adults and 3 children. The house suited us perfectly. We used the pool every day and the beach was perfect for those who like the sand. There is a nature reserve next door that has walking trails and kayak rentals. We saw 2 manatees swimming a short distance off shore. The house was exactly what we were hoping for. The beds are comfortable. There are lots of towels, a stroller, and a couple of pac and plays. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is in working order. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the house and Norma was there to let us back in within 10 minutes. I’m very glad we got to meet Norma. She is a lovely person. Thank you so much for renting your house to us. It was a fabulous vacation.
