August 2018 - New pictures added. I just spent an enjoyable and relaxing week vacationing in the home and exploring the vicinity. I can't wait to return with friends to share my new discoveries. As usual, part of the my enjoyment includes working on the house and updating a couple of things. I plan to enjoy this house as much as possible. Therefore, I made it as comfortable and pleasing as I possibly could for my personal enjoyment.
HURRICANE UPDATE: The house is ready to receive guests again. We were very fortunate during the storm, suffering minimal damages.
Enjoy unobstructed ocean views from the comforts of this newly remodeled beachfront home in a private, gated beach community. NO OTHER HOME IN THE COMMUNITY PROVIDES THE VIEWS, PROXIMITY AND COMFORTS THAT THIS HOME HAS TO OFFER. Enjoy the ocean view from the living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms and backyard! Step through double doors in the living room or the master bedroom to two covered porches overlooking the ocean. The home accommodates 10+ people comfortably. The master bedroom, with sweeping views of the ocean, has a king sized, its private bath, and a private porch overlooking the beach and ocean. The home also has a second master bedroom with a queen size bed and private bath. There are two additional bedrooms with queen size beds and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. There are a total of three bathrooms, all recently remodeled in 2017. The dining room seats 6 at the table plus 2 more at the kitchen counter. Crib and high chair are available for small travelers.
The house has two outdoor covered seating areas to relax and watch the surf breaking on the beach. Whether it is coffee in the morning, a nice cold beer in the afternoon, or wine at night, you will enjoy the ocean breeze.
For large groups up to 22 people, we have another beautiful vacation home nearby that can accommodate another 12 people. Please inquire.
