Description
Location! Location! Location! The condo is on the 12th floor, unit 1201 with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, San Carlos Pass and back bays, and Lovers Key State Park Beach (travel channel voted #4 best beach in Florida with 3 miles of pristine, white sand beach and 700 acres of natural surroundings). We are nestled between Ft. Myers Beach and Bonita Springs with endless beaches, shopping and dining choices. Not all condos are equal. This is a true one bedroom condominium, not an efficiency unit. The unit has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated with high-end furniture and bedding. This condo sleeps 4 comfortably. The unit is equipped with a king size 13-inch gel memory foam mattress. The gel absorbs pressure and channels heat away, preventing excessive heat build up for a better night's sleep. We have made sure that even guests sleeping on the queen sleeper sofa will get a comfortable sleep with a 4-inch Serta mattress with a 2-inch gel memory foam topper. All linen is top-quality as well. There is extra storage in this unit with the king platform bed with 6 extra large drawers, plus a large dresser and night stand. There is also a closet in the bedroom and two large closets in the bathroom. The large bathroom has granite counters and Italian tile throughout the large walk-in shower.
The living room is equipped with a 50-inch flatscreen, ultra 4K TV with wifi. The bedroom has a 40-inch flatscreen TV. The unit has free internet and wifi through the condo association. This unit has quality tile throughout, making cleanup from the beach easy. The kitchen has beautiful granite and is fully equipped for your cooking and drinking needs, including a blender for your frozen drinks and an electric wine opener.
This condo has gated parking as well as coded entry to the building. The grounds are beautiful and magnificently landscaped. This building has a PRIVATE DIRECT BEACH equipped with loungers, drink tables, chairs, and tiki umbrellas for shade, all provided free of charge. Or, if you want to get away from the sand, you can relax in the large, geothermal heated pool and hot tub overlooking the bay.
When you get hungry, there are four Webber grills with dining next to the water on the resort's 'Dolphin Deck.' You also have the use of the kitchenette and refrigerator to save on trips to your unit for supplies. However, the best dinner view is actually from your own unit's balcony.
No car? Not a problem! The trolley stops right in front of the property and for 50 cents will take you all along Ft. Myers Beach and Bonita Springs for beaches, restaurants, and shopping!
The lobby has comfortable seating and a ping pong table. There are also washer and dryers for laundry. Outside there are horseshoes and bocce ball overlooking the Gulf. There is a bike rack to store your bikes.

Beachfront fun!
You don’t have to leave! Tiki huts, lounge chairs, pool, jacuzzi, sunsets, open air restaurant 1 minute walk called Flippers for breakfast, lunch, dinner & cocktails as you watch the dolphins & pelicans & boat activity! Water is so clear, I brought my snorkel gear. Found beautiful sheets, sea stars & sand dollars. Property connects to Lovers Key State Park and beach. Fantastic furniture on patio & 5 star views of ocean, Lovers Key, the pass, etc., Pack your binoculars! Manatees, Dolphins, Osprey, Ibis, Herons, Kites, even daw a Flamingo!

Breathtaking Views and relaxing accomodations
Wow! The first thing you'll say when you walk in the door and see the amazing views from this unit. We absolutely loved, loved, loved the views, the comfort of the unit, and the other tenants. The private beach was awesome and no issue with getting a tiki hut each day for relaxing. I enjoyed walking the beach around to Lover's Key every day. We enjoyed breakfast at Flippers, kayaking at Lover's Key State Park and seeing the dolphins daily in the bay. The unit had everything we needed and then some. Thank you Dawn for everything it was much appreciated!

Relaxing Paradise

Incredible view
Very comfortable condo, well furnished, incredible view, excellent pool, beautiful beach although without the surf it would get if on the Gulf side. Proximity to Lovers Key State Park much appreciated, rather than crowds and construction at Ft Myers Beach. Gracious host, great vacation.

Beautiful apartment wonderful view
It was the view from the balcony that sold this apartment. We have stayed in FMB many times but not Lovers Key. The apartment was equipped with everything you would need and there are washers and dryers on the ground floor. We spent the time relaxing, walking on the beach and visiting old haunts of ours. Yes I would stay again if we come back to this area. A lovely touch was the bottle of champagne left in the fridge ..I have never seen that before. Thank you Dawn
