Description
From the Bedouin tent to the grand piano, this amazing house features things you won't find anywhere else in San Miguel. Every room has it's own full bath and fireplace. Each room looks out onto the flower laden courtyard in the middle of the house where you can awaken each morning to the bubbling water feature and delightful birdsongs. There are several areas to relax from your days' adventures. No matter which beautiful room you rent, you have access to the 2 rooftop gazebos , or covered outdoor den, each boasting its' own view of lovely San Miguel de Allende. The home is in a very safe neighborhood, close to everything you might like to do from shopping to restaurants, theaters, dancing, films, art galleries and entertainment of every kind. All this is a 10 to 15 minute walk away. Taxis are available as well for a nominal fee.
Our private quarters are in one corner of the property which are locked when the house is rented. We never rent our part of the home and none of the photographs depict the owners quarters. Please be respectful of our personal belongings as you enjoy your stay.

A song of serenity
An amazing stay! The property is beautiful, full of details, spacious, clean, with a central garden that invites meditation and total relaxation. Kim is a great person and her warmth is reflected throughout the house with exquisite taste. The outdoor terraces a delight, the amount of music to set the scene, an incredible kitchen. The place is very wide. A perfect stay. I already started recommending it and we will tempt it again in June 2020 for our next trip to SMA. Ah! Beware you will not want to leave the house and will end up spending your time in SMA at the property. Thank you so much.

Amazing Trip!!
The pictures don’t do justice to how great of a property this is. Three large bedrooms perfect for 3 couples / sitting area with a piano. Dining room inside and large eating area outside. Beautiful courtyard. Outside fireplace I needed. Two rooftops to catch the views from (amazing views of the churches). So great. About a 8 minute walk to the square

We enjoyed our stay at this The house was beautiful and convenient to the main area of San Miguel. The beds were comfortable and there was a gas fireplace in the bedrooms, living room, and patio. Since the evenings were cool, the fireplaces were welcome. I highly recommend this house for any visit to San Miguel.

Charming close-in Colonial Style house
Our stay here was absolutely fabulous. The rooms were cozy and well-proportioned, and our housekeeper Claudio was so bright and helpful (not to mention an amazing cook!). We had so much fun in San Miguel and this property could not have been better. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The best stay yet
We’ve been coming to SMA since 2007. This house is, by far, the best we have rented. The location is ideal, the spaciousness. It is filled with lovely art and feels like you’re staying in someone’s home, not a rental house. Kitchen is well furnished, which is important to us because we like to cook. Clean, friendly, and well managed.
