Private Waterfront: 175 ft. Private Chauncey Creek Water Frontage-- is landscaped and has a large dock, float, covered boat storage for up to 6 kayaks or canoes and equipment, access ramp, gazebo and guest parking area. This protected location provides direct boating access to the Portsmouth Harbor and the Atlantic. 3 kayaks (2 sea kayaks & 1 sit on top) will be available to qualified users under seperate usage arrangements.
 
Kittery - 1 hr drive north of Boston is Maine's oldest town, est.1647 in the heart of the ME/NH 'Seacoast Region'. Picturesque Kittery Point the unique part of Kittery tucked off the beaten track at the mouth Piscataqua between Portsmouth NH & York ME is the home to Pre-Revolutionary War Forts, lighthouses, lobster ponds, beaches, seaside parks, marinas, wildlife preserves, several waterfront restaurants and the scenic Chauncey Creek waterway that starts at the Portsmouth Harbor mouth, winds through the Raciel Carson Wildlife Preserve marshes and connects to Brave Boat Harbor in York. It is a wonderful protected area to be explore by small boats or kayaks or on foot .The 'Seacoast Region' offers a wide variety of activities. Some of which include boat/kayak trips, cruises, sight seeing, golf courses, great outlet shopping, museums, theaters, open air performances and many many great restaurants.
