This beautiful unit features three bedrooms (three king beds OR two kings and two twin beds), two baths with extremely spacious glass showers with waterfall shower heads, large jacuzzi for two with beautiful lake views, fireplace, full kitchen..fully equipped with chef quality cookware and hand painted dinnerware, 8 person Hot Tub, gas grill, 4 decks with SPECTACULAR FULL 180 degree views of the lake and surrounding mountain side. Decks feature tables, chairs and two Swingasan Swings! The Treetop Suite sits approximately 500 ft from the water's edge/boat dock/swimming/fishing/sun deck. You can walk the trail OR drive down and park. Canoes/kayaks/paddle boats deliver to our dock. Fishing guides pick up and return you with your fish cleaned and ready to cook! This incredible new suite encompasses the entire top level of our office on the on 16 waterfront acres in the Ozark Mountains. Wildlife right out your door daily. We are only 9 miles from downtown historic district. 1.5 miles from Starkey Marina where you can rent fishing boats, pontoons, double decker pontoon with slide, paddle boats and fishing equipment. Located just 2.5 miles from the beautiful, White River....trophy trout and walleye fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Property also features a lovely gift shop with art gallery, cabin decor, gifts, groceries, coin laundry, free movies, horseshoes and outdoor campfire pit. SPECIAL NOTES: there are 17 easy(wide and easy incline) carpeted steps to access this unit...it's well worth the climb! This unit encompasses the entire top level of our office with 17 easy carpeted steps with a gentle incline. There is a strict maximum occupancy of 8 guests. No pets. No smoking inside. No check ins or outs on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. Please inquire.*Credit card on File is required

*Guests are responsible for all nights reserved. No refunds for early departure
*PLEASE call us if you plan to arrive after 5pm.
*Check in time guaranteed by 3pm(welcome to check in early as cabin is cleaned and ready)usually available by 1pm. Inquire.
*All guests must register. Day use fee may apply to visitors of guests staying. Unauthorized vehicles subject to tow.
*No persons other than registered guests may stay overnight.
*Smoking permitted outside ONLY! Violation of this rule is subject to $250 fee plus possible damages.
*NO PETS permitted in cabin or on property. Violation of this rule is subject to $250 fee plus possible damages to property.
*Spa/hot tub use is at your own risk. Please use responsibly. We are not responsible for accidents, injury or death. Shower off lotions/oils and makeup before using spa. Do NOT put anything into the spa such as bath beads, special salts, etc. Recover spa when not in use. Do not sit, stand or place anything on the spa cover.
*We will need to maintain, add fresh water and refresh spa chemicals during your stay. Please, notify the office when it is convenient for you for us to do this.
*Guests are responsible for the safety of their children. Please, do not leave small children unoccupied out on decks or in the spa/hot tub, on the dock or near the lake.
*Do NOT place coolers or anything wet on wood floors.
*Do not use our towels if you use acne creams, body washes with any chemicals that will bleach out or discolor our

Awesome cabin. Beautiful view.
My sisters and brothers-in-law were looking for a three bedroom cabin for a long weekend. The Tree Top Penthouse was a perfect set up with three king size sleeping rooms, two beautiful baths, a kitchen fully stocked with nice cooking equipment, dining table seats six, huge living area with fireplace and deck. Easy drive in to Eureka Springs for shopping and dining. Donna and all the staff were friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions for enjoying the area including recommendations for fishing guide who picked the guys up at the dock one morning. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Luxury Penthouse in the woods
We were looking to sneak off for a romantic weekend getaway to celebrate my girl friends birthday. A friend told us about staying at the at the cabins. We called and the only thing left was the Treetop Penthouse. We booked it simply on the description Donna gave us over the phone. We were completely stunned at how beautiful the place was. The whole time we talked about how much fun it would be to share the space with others. We absolutely loved it.

Beautiful views and comfortable house!
This is a great house for a group to stay. The penthouse is on top of the office and general store. It's a bit of a hike to the dock but a easy drive. The views can not be beat and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Highly recommend staying here!

4th of July family vacation
We stayed in the penthouse suite for our first family vacation and it was amazing! Donna made our stay so easy and friendly! The suite was beautiful and our grandkids declared it "the best vacation ever!! Thanks for the wonderful time and we will see you soon!!
