The color theme of the Villa is created by the highest quality designers in Cabo; all colors tied together throughout the house with chocolate brown, Vibrant White and Electric-Cobalt Blue. Enjoy the value of the $200,000 in renovations in 2009 and updated again within the last 2 years.
Cabo Bello development is located just 3.5 miles from downtown Cabo on the touristic corridor. It offers a swimmable beach cove which is the only other option outside of Medano Beach within the heart of Cabo and in addition is Cabo's ONLY surf break known as, 'Monuments' which is within few minute walk or drive. A few restaurants are within a short walk and/or drive which are, Villa Serena, Estrella Del Mar, Puerta Vieja, Sunset Da' Mona Lisa, Sunset Lounge and Sancho Panza. Also within an arms reach is The Thompson hotel which has spa services to take in and bars/restaurants known The Ledge, Lobby Bar, Manta, Point Break and The Roof Top. There are also 2 gyms within 1/4 of a mile of the villa, a Hot Yoga Studio and small market with hard to find items from the US, in addition to a Vinoteca liquor store and a small convenient store.
As you approach CASA AGAVE you will notice the newly painted exterior, and interior designer paint and all new exterior stone arranged in particularly precious architecturally created design. You will enjoy the access to your private 2 car garage.
Walking up the stairs to your front door you will notice the all new exterior lighted walk area and landscaping, with new palms, natural bamboo, Agave plants and chandelier over your stone archway offering an amazing curbside appeal with more lighting than any other house on the block.
As you enter the Villa to your left you will find an all new kitchen with GE Stainless appliances, granite counter tops and a completely appointed kitchen with everything you will need to prepare your culinary masterpieces.
Off the kitchen you will find a granite bar with bar stools for light snacks and a large exquisite dinning room table with seating for 6 all with the colors accented theme through out the house of White, Cobalt Blue and Chocolate Brown.
Next to the dinning area you will find a living room and sitting area with a wall mounted 55' and High Quality Surround Sound Stereo System by Harman-Kardon. Our speaker systems allow for listening inside as well as outside by the pool and BBQ area.
Off the Large spacious living area you will open direct to large glass doors with access directly to your private pool and deck area with spacious views of the Sea of Cortez. Enjoy some lounges, a dining area in Vibrate White and Electric Blue, as well a full bar area and complete large built-in Stainless grill, outdoor sink and fridge to keep the pool party going. (Pool offers dimmable light)
As you enter back into the house on the first floor you will find the large spacious bedroom with a Large wall mounted flat screen provided by Dish Network. The bedroom is appointed with your King Pillow Top Bed and highest quality bedding and comforters.
Each room is provided with independent air-conditioning controls and ceiling fans. Off each bedroom and this first floor bedroom you will find your all new bathroom all with new Granite counter tops, double sinks and a glass shower enclosure featuring natural white stone flowing tile and accessories. The highest quality Bamboo or Turkish linens provided to compliment the the rest of the upgrades.
Continuing out of the first floor bedroom you will find the newer 1/2 bath powder room with new granite and all new accessories which is perfect for those using the pool and'or just for visiting guests.
As you head to the back of the house you will pass the laundry room (washer/dryer), and you will continue outside the back yard of the house to a private breakfast nook with outdoor seating for 4, surrounded by natural bamboo to enjoy the start of your day. Your breakfast nook provides direct access to the kitchen to serve your designer breakfast.
Directly off the outdoor breakfast area you will find stable and new steps heading up to the roof top area, where you will find expansive views of the Sea of Cortez and off to Lands End. While on the roof top deck you can enjoy your new Jacuzzi-hot tub (replaced in 2020) and white chic furniture and sofa areas, lounge chair and large umbrella for any sun protection. Great area to take in the Amazing blue water views and breaching whales while in season. At night the roof top deck allows a great soak in the Jacuzzi as well as comfortable seating to take in the breathtaking sky and shooting stars.
As you head back into the villa to the second floor you will find a sitting and reading area on the second floor landing with a large dimmable chandelier in the entry way.
Off the landing you will find two bedrooms both with wall mounted 55' flat screens with Dish Network. The bedroom on the left is the Master which has a high quality King pillow top mattress. The master bath offers a super over sized space with granite tops, double sinks, large chandelier and make up area. The shower boasts natural tile stone with modern glass doors. Off the bedroom you can take a step out on the outdoor terrace with expansive views of the Sea of Cortez with elegant furniture on the deck and ample shade provided by a natural hand woven pergola.
To the right you will find the third bedroom with it's own private bathroom, with granite counter tops, double sinks and a white natural stone in the shower with glass doors.
As well you will find a wall mounted 55' TV with Dish Network along with two high quality single pillow top beds that can be combined to form a King, if desired. As with each bedroom on this floor, you may walk directly on to the outdoor terrace with lots of space and blue water views of the Sea of Cortez.
All bedding in each bedroom has been designer picked with the highest quality material being used for comfort and design appeal. You will find the fashionable designer coordinating colors accented through the house.
The house boast High Speed Wireless Internet. Including Free calls globally and local phone service is provided as well.
For getting around, one can take advantage of the public transportation system, rent a vehicle, take a taxi or call an Uber.

Quiet retreat
We have just returned and this house is perfect near a private cove and beach .Nice neighborhood to walk .The house has many expensive upgrades .The location is very near to Cabo and the local bus stops outside the gates if you dont want to drive although we did as we played golf . We had no complaints at all about Casa Agave and felt very safe.Thanks Bibi for your help .

Amazing
We decided to rent a house for our visit to Cabo San Lucas as opposed to getting a hotel room. This was an excellent decision on our part. Casa Agave is beautiful, comfortable, safe, and extremely tranquil. The location is just outside of downtown Cabo and conveniently located near a family owned market that has craft beers, artisan cheeses, and farm fresh produce! The Vinoteca directly across the street sells extremely fine wines like Domaine de la Romanee Conti. DRC in cabo if thats your thing!! We chose to go the cerveza and tequila route. When in Rome! There is a costco approximately 1 mile from Casa Agave that carries pretty much all of your standard supplies for the house. We spent the majority of the time at Casa Agave grilling, drinking, swimming, and pretty much just relaxing and enjoying our time away from everyday life. It was so peaceful with it's ocean views, I honestly don't remeber seeing a plane or helicopter the entire 10 days we were there. The house comes with a rental car which was 100% useful and a blast to drive in such an unfamiliar place. We used it to drive to Cabo several times, Todos Santos, and San Jose. If you know you're going to be drinking and don't want to drive to the bars at night, have Bibiana call a taxi for you. It cost us about $20 each way and that was for 4 people, so...$5 each. Not too shabby. Bibiana is your personal Concierge for Casa Agave. If you need help with directions, reservations, taxis, ANYTHING, Bibiana is there for you. She was fantastic in everyway. She refelected the same attitude we saw in almost all of the people of Cabo, friendly and very helpful. We definately will return to Cabo and we will definately stay at Casa Agave again. FYI my favorite hang out spots: Daytime - The Office & Mango Deck. You can eat, sip a margarita or a pina coloda(in an actual pineapple) and swim in the ocean for hours at a time. Medano beach is by far the best place to hangout/people watch during the day. Dusk - Sunset Mona Lisa, right next door to Cabo Bello and Casa Agave. The BEST view of dowtown Cabo, Medano Beach, and the arch!! Night - Wow, this is a tough one....EL Squid Roe. Your inner wild child will be released here and there's nothing you can do about it. That place is a blast and I really wish I was there right now! Hope you find this information useful. Either way, you're gonna have fun, it's Cabo
Beyond Expectations
I would highly recommend staying at Casa Agave. You know you stayed in a great place when you get home and realize half of your pictures from your vacation are of the house you stayed at! The house is that stunning! Bibi did an excellant job working with me on questions and scheduling activities before our trip, and of course taking care of any needs or questions while we were in Cabo. She told us of all the great places to eat and hang out in town. She even called and booked a last minute snorkeling excursion for us while we were there. From the minute we arrived at the airport we were treated like special guests. We were picked up by a driver, taken to local grocery store to buy food and drinks, and then dropped off at the house. Bibi was waiting for us with keys to the house and our rental car. She walked us through the entire house and made sure all of our questions were answered before she left. We stayed 5 days and Bibi would call and check on us regularly. The house is well maintained, you feel like you're in a 5-Star resort. The house is amazing. It was fully stocked with liquor (we added some bottles when we left). Everything you see on the website is accurate, this house is even better in person. You will not be dissapointed. The house is located less than 10 minutes from all the tourist spots and its a very easy drive. It is in a safe location which was important for us. There is security at the gate 24 hrs. One more note for the romantics, you can go on the roof top and hang out on the spacious upper deck on the couches or in the hot tub. Its a great place to relax and watch the sunset on the ocean. I will be back at Casa Agave.

Paradise Home and Location
We cannot say enough about our wonderful experience at Casa Agave. The house truly exceeded the on-line pictures, and the exceptional treatment that we received from both our property manager, Bibi, and the house owner, says so much about the type of people you are working with. Sitting on the pool deck having morning coffee and watching the whales play in the Sea of Cortez, just doesn’t get old. The house location is perfect! With all of the added touches of a fine 5 star hotel, and the bonus of privacy and additional space. Shopping close by with either large or small stores depending on what you need, and just a few minute drives to all the action and restaurants that Cabo has to offer. Beautiful, elegantly
This villa is absolutely gorgeous! So beautifully furnished & thoughtfully well equipped that you'd think you never left the comforts of your home. You open any doors, closet or a cabinet and you're wowed at the care put in to make your stay as stress free as possible. Be it the spare propane tank or bath supplies or the fully stocked use & replace bar or the laundry room or boogie boards, beach books & beach chairs--Bibiana had made sure we were absolutely spared from going out in the city to look for stuff :) When we arrived at the villa, she greeted us & gave us a tour of the home and a crash course on Things to do in Cabo! The villa is perfectly located in "the corridor" five minutes from downtown Cabo but seemed a million miles from civilization. In short, we greatly enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to staying there again next time we're in Cabo. Thank you Bibi :)

The absolute BEST stay in Cabo! 5 Star
Casa Agave is a wonderful villa offering the best accommodations in Cabo. Greg, Bibi and Brandon were a delight to work with. The home is very well appointed with modern conveniences and a nice contemporary style. All of the furnishings are top notch. The Kitchen is well appointed with everything that you would need. The Rooftop deck is a definite plus and we spend many nights watching the sunset over the arches. Simple walk to your own private beach was a great plus. Loved being so close to downtown only (5 mins away) yet out of the hustle and bustle. Thanks to you all for making our vacation this year a very special one. Will let you know when we will return, as we would love to stay with Casa Agave again.

FABULOUS Family Vacation
We spent 3-weeks at Casa Agave with our two daughters (ages 11 and 18) for school spring-break in March. The house is absolutely beautiful in the gated community of Cabo Bello. There is a private beach within walking distance which we frequented often. We had rented a car as we ventured out every other day but cab service is very accessible. The Management team, Brandon and Bibi, are fantastic to work with and are readily available to answer any questions about Cabo or if you need assistance with anything at the house. We would love to return to Casa Agave again !

Most relaxing vacation ever
My husband and I have been visiting Cabo for 22 years and this was, without a doubt, the most relaxing vacation ever. My son, daughter--in-law and 3 year old grandson joined us this year which made it extra special. Between the pool, hot tub and beach, I don't think my grandson was ever dry! Relaxing Sunny Xmas break
Our family (2 adults and 2 toddlers) had an amazing time staying at this place. From the welcome and support throughout our entire stay by Brandon and Bibi to our daily hangouts by the pool and short drives to downtown for fine dining and entertainment.
