The development has 2 fantastic heated infinity edge pools and Jacuzzi's that have the same amazing views as seen from this unit. Enjoy, a splendid Pacific breeze that offers a nice natural air flow throughout the unit which is cool and comfortable especially in the warmer periods of the year.
Located in the VERY sought after address of the, "Pedregal" within Cabo San Lucas and known as The Beverly Hills of Cabo San Lucas. Only mile distance to the Cabo San Lucas marina and a short couple blocks away from nearly 40 restaurants. (We're only a 10 -minute walk or less to the Cabo San Lucas Marina). This magnificent development and condo enjoys some of the most commanding views in Cabo San Lucas.
The condo, CASA VISTA offers two bedrooms and two full baths with a gourmet kitchen that has GRANITE COUNTER TOPS, stainless steel GE appliances. Fridge, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washing machine and (gas) clothes dryer.
The living, kitchen and master bedroom have commanding blue water views and all views, hence the name CASA VISTA. The back (2nd) bedroom does also offer some blue water views which very few condos in the development have this back-window view to not only enjoy the blue water but in addition to anticipate the beautiful sunny day ahead.
Both bathrooms offer rainfall shower heads and the master bathroom offers dual vanity sinks. Hairdryers and all necessary items are in each bathroom so that you do become a slave to bringing the necessary travel items from back home.
We have Fiber-optic, wireless high-speed internet with a local Cabo land line phone as well as a separate Canada/US phone number for free unlimited calls to the US and Canada.
The living area and both bedrooms include Dish Network American television service w/ every package available, including Sirius radio.
The Pedregal community is Very high end private exclusive neighborhood with 24-hour security, which includes a guard at the gated entrance plus 24-hour security patrol for additional well-being.
We offer a great unit with fantastic commanding views of the Sea of Cortez close to all the sizzle of Cabo but just that PERFECT distance away from the hotel, timeshares and tourist areas that allow you to enjoy the feel more so just like a local. Fantastic
My wife and I travel often but this was our first visit to Cabo San Lucas... The property was amazing ! Both the owner and management team offered top shelf service and were available with excellent communication. The property was everything as described and even more offering the best ocean views & accommodations across the board. If you want a place to stay in paradise then look no further as this condo is excellently appointed , well stocked and does it all!

Stunning views
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo. It is absolutely beautiful. The property managers Brandon and Bibi were very helpful with our needs.... suggesting safe, reliable transportation to and from the airport as well as around town. Even though we stayed during spring break the condo was still very quite and relaxing. Just a short walk to town, marina, and beach. Would definitely stay in the condo again.

Luxury Pedregal Condo
Talk about comfort, location and views and this is it folks! You won’t be disappointed as we expect the best but settle for above average and this met all needs and more. The management team was impressive and the condo was well stocked, had fiber-optic wireless internet, American Dish Network TV feeds for all the games and a phone for unlimited calls to US and Canada. Great amenities and close to all the sizzle of Cabo to make any vacation exactly what is needed. We had massages that were set up within the condo and also had a chef come and cook for us one day. It doesn’t get any better than this!

Fantastic vacation condo
The condo is fantastic with beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez. Private and secure location.The amenities (pools, hot tub, bbq) are great. The condo has everything you could want. Brandon and Bebi were available to show us the condo and answer our questions. Would definitely stay there again.

great vacation
This property was very clean, hosted amazing views and was closer that we initially thought to restaurants and our pre-planned itinerary. Bibi was a great manager and helped us get settled as well as assisted with some in house massages. Great visit and see you next year!

Exceeded our expectations
Test driving a non-hotel vacation accommodation had my wife somewhat apprehensive but this turned out to be a truly amazing vacation. The description and pics tread lightly to what you’ll actually be enjoying. The first hand feel when you walk in and get to witness those amazing views just blows it all out of the park. We’ve been enjoying trips to Cabo for the last 8 years or so on an annual basis so needless to say our expectations are not set to the short side. We are true beach lovers and this location does it all and even without a rental car as restaurants are a short walk and marina was 10 minutes. Fast internet, US English TV, free global calling, onsite amenities were well kept and appointed, pools all heated and views are to die for!
