Ideal for families and friends, this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath villa is located 10 minutes east of the town of Uvita, a quaint, “pura vida” type of vacation destination that’s ripe with mouth-watering restaurants and beautiful, jungle-laden beaches.
Whether you’re here to thunder down a river on a wild rafting adventure or sit poolside with a book while barely moving a finger, Casa Tropical has you and your guests covered from check in to check out. Our staff knows the top contacts in the area for in-home massage and chef services, as well as some amazing activities and tour guides to recommend. Whatever you need assistance with during your stay, we’re here to help.
Casa Tropical features all modern amenities in the kitchen, bedroom and living spaces, with vaulted ceilings and large windows for optimal airflow throughout the house. The villa comfortably sleeps six guests, with space for one or two more guests utilizing an air mattress.
There are two bedrooms on the entry-level floor and a third bedroom downstairs by the pool area. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, shower and air conditioning unit. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds. The master bedroom, located upstairs, features a king bed. The master bedroom also has a tub to soak in and a nice wraparound deck that serves as an ideal location for coffee at sunrise and cocktails at sunset.
From the swimming pool, you can listen to howler monkeys echo from swinging vines and watch toucans perch themselves high in the trees. To the west, in clear view from the water’s edge, sits the mighty Pacific Ocean, bright and blue. There are chairs, loungers, tables, a barbecue and a small refrigerator outside to help enhance the outdoor vacation experience.

Romantic Hideaway
This home was absolutely amazing. Tastefull design and decor throughout. Loved the privacy, pool, outdoor showers and the kitchen contained high quality cookware. The master suite was amazing but the other two bedrooms were also very nice with beautiful private bathrooms.

This property is gorgeous, it is in a wonderful part of town, and we loved our stay! Alonso (the guy from YouGetHere Property Group that helped us) was super helpful and made some wonderful recommendations. We hope to return to this property or another one of YouGetHere's properties in the future.

Awesome family vacation in a MAGICAL place
First off, this house was beyond clean. They really paid attention to all of the details. The kitchen was well stocked and ready to whip up dinner! The breeze through the house was spectacular and the rooms were cool for sleeping at night. The back patio and pool was the favorite hangout for the kids. My favorite part of the house was the surrounding property. You could go on amazing hikes right out the back door. The wildlife was all around us. Thanks for sharing this property with us. We had an unforgettable vacation!
