House is located steps to water (300 feet), bike ride along scenic roadway to private bay sunsets and only 4 miles from the world-class ocean beaches of Southampton - 2 miles to Southampton Village Main Street and minutes to Sag Harbor, Shelter Island, Bridge Hampton and the heart of Southampton night-life.
Book your perfect week or weekend vacation now before our last open time for the season is gone! Private lake access with canoe on lake, pool, tennis club access, world-class golf and much more! Park-like grounds. Nature lovers PARADISE with miles of nature trails (with peacocks!). Walk or bike to Scallop Pond! This hidden bay beach is a breathtaking site to behold with eagles nesting - like the Savannah in Africa - sweeping open meadows and pristine wildlife abounds.
PLEASE - Check in on a Friday or a Monday. (No Saturday check-ins or checkouts please). Check in on Monday or Tuesday is ok if checking out on Friday 9am, Sunday 5pm or Monday 9am. Sunday check-in after 9pm only.

1st floor (ground level): Den, with sectional couch groups also has 3 bedrooms as:
Bedroom 1: 1 queen, 1 twin (2nd twin is optional) private full bath, all Spanish tile.
Bedroom 2: 2 twins, all Spanish tile.
Bedroom 3: 1 king and 1 twin with private full bath, all Spanish tile.

floor (2nd floor) from gravel driveway, steps up to landing, a few more steps to front porch where main front door entrance hall opens to two bedrooms, bedroom 4 on left and bedroom 5 at right with cathedral living room at center,
kitchen, breakfast greenhouse,main full bathroom, dining room, and sliders to main deck with outdoor dining for 10, hot tub, additional seating, and 5 chaise loungers all on this main floor, same level. (From main deck,
steps down to pool with 10 additional loungers) has two bedrooms:
Bedroom 4: 1 queen, 1 Twin and TV
Bedroom 5: 1 queen, 1 twin and TV
3rd floor: Entire 3rd floor is master bedroom suite with private full bath with walk-in closet and private balcony with 2 chaise loungers overlooking main deck and pool on lower deck as:
Bedroom 6: 1 queen and 3 twins (22 foot long room by 15 feet) two of the twins can be pushed together to make a king
World-Class Ocean Beaches: 5 minutes door to beach. Walk, bike or canoe to stunningly beautiful, pristine lake and bay beaches.
Exclusively available by the month or week, shorter term is available with nature guide service. Check-in on Friday or Monday please. (Tues-Fri or Tues-Sunday is ok too - no Saturday check in or checkout)
Special Program for Short-Term: A special nature guide service is offered by the week or weekend. Including tours of various lakes and over 300 acres of protected wild lands, this is an ecological and educational experience not to be missed. Please call for details.
Please note: to respect the privacy of our neighbors we ask that outdoor areas including pool, hot tub and outdoor dining are enjoyed for your use through until 11pm each day. The private lake beach is directly accessible by canoe and kayak included on our private lake lot, or by walking, biking or driving to it. (One can also swim to a floating dock directly from our lake lot. Our lake lot includes a small dock, canoe and kayak). Maid service is included in the quote. Please note however that for large groups of guests, linen service requires 75% of maid's time. To offer you the lowest nightly rate possible, and help protect the environment, we include that as a separate service as most guests prefer to bring sheets for the benefits. All luxury bed sets come with pillows, mattress pads and blankets. Bringing light, easy to pack sheets saves you $400 off base rate! Linen and other services available upon request. Great retreat from the city
I spent a weekend here in October and it was very pleasant. It was very picturesque in the fall, with the leaves changing for the Fall, yet I am sure it would have been as beautiful in the summer. I found the house to be very spacious and homely - it did not appear as a typical summer/fall rental, just very comfortable and relaxing. The owner informed me of canoeing to a private beach which was very nice. I think this is a great place for a retreat, yet conveniently located near the shopping centers and main streets. I would higly recmmend this vacation spot.
Beautiful Home
Our family of 14 spent a week at Ken’s place and I can truly say its perfect for a family vacation.The house is situated in a quiet area and offers privacy. The amenities in the house are many and include a pool, hot tub, two exterior grills and a large deck with seating arrangement for a large family. The location in Southampton is near both pond and ocean beaches (check out Cooper’s Beach, one of the best in the US). Terrific Vacation
Our family and friends had a marvelous time here on my birthday weekend after having stayed at one of Ken's other houses in March. Ken arranged a tour of some spectacular hidden wonders close by (lakes, bay and a nature hike) and then we all went wine tasting at 3 local vineyards. A rare treat, we were provided kayaks on the beautiful lake just steps from the house. We found the house perfectly located in serenity yet close to the beautiful Cooper's Beach and village of Southampton where we explored several beaches and enjoyed a night out. Being close to the beaches and town is convenient while the beautiful walk from the house to the lake and bay beach was great exercise and so refreshing. The house itself is lovely, kitchen stocked for cooking and living room with house games for all of us (it rained one day, we had a real bonding experience!). Plenty of bedrooms and space, and nicely decorated with a lot of living and outdoor deck space for a lot of guests. This house is definitely designed for large families, those who enjoy nature with peaceful surroundings (lots of birds) and anyone who wants a rejuvenating getaway in Southampton. I highly recommend it.

PERFECT GETAWAY!
We had a great stay at Ken’s house. Beautiful home with all the amenities a large party would ever need. Idyllic surroundings, comfortable and high quality interiors, and deeply relaxing pool/hot tub. Everything was what we expected and more; it's perfect! I could not speak higher of Ken. He was extremely accommodating to all of our needs and even worked overtime to let us in the house before our scheduled check in time. We were celebrating a special reunion and Ken went above and beyond to make sure our every need was taken care of. He also gave us a ton of recommendations for things to do in the area. Ken felt like a lifelong friend. From taking pictures of the group to driving us to pick-up breakfast when we didn’t have a car – Ken did it all! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to have an amazing time in South Hampton!

Perfect Weekend Getaway Home
Our stay at Ken’s house was one of the most pleasant and memorable weekends my friends and I had in a long time! The house was perfectly nestled on a quiet road, and it was so nice to escape from the hustle and bustle of NYC. If you are looking for tranquility and being surrounded by nature, this spot is your best bet in Southampton! We relaxed in Ken’s wonderful hot tub and pool, and spent so much time outside soaking in some sun on his beautiful grounds and large deck. The house itself was very spacious yet cozy, and could have everything you could ever ask for in a weekend getaway home. Great amenities, great accommodations. Ken was such a gracious host and made sure we had everything we needed – from directions to cab companies to restaurant recommendations – Ken was always on call to make sure we felt right at home!
Paradise in the Hamptons
A lovely, peaceful getaway location, on a large lake with a separate beach. Our family was able to enjoy two world class beaches, three local vineyards and world-class National Links Golf Course in a short week stay all in under 5 minutes from the house. Highly recommended for your Hamptons vacation.

Beautiful Vacation Home
Ken’s beautiful, quaint, and spacious home tucked in the woods near the lake provides a secluded getaway that is proximate to downtown Southampton. From the time our group of friends and family arrived, he immediately greeted us in the parking lot and offered to help carry the bags in. The house was very well kept with plenty of space for my entire group to stay. The pool is large, hot tub is roomy, and the outdoor deck is spacious. The beach is easy to get to and downtown Southampton is just a few minutes drive. We will definitely stay here again.

Great House
We had a fantastic stay while in Southampton. The house itself was very comfortable and our entire group felt at home. The privacy was great, It felt very secluded while being in such close proximity to everything we could have needed. Would definitely go back and stay again in a heartbeat!

Great Hamptons Location and Getaway
Great place for our quick two day vacation from New York. A few friends and I enjoyed a spacious place attended to perfectly by Ken who greeted us personally upon arrival and helped us get settled. Woodsy/private, yet lots of sun at the pool and decks. Beautifully peaceful, canoeing on the lake is an unexpected pleasure with only two days to spare out of New York City. The location is great, just 5 minutes to town, Duckwalk Vineyard and Cooper's beach. Plan to be back in September!

Perfect Hamptons Location
Had a great time at this Southampton resort home for a quick getaway with some work colleague's. Great place with beautiful lake and woodlands surroundings. House is clean, private, and very close to the village of Southampton. Owner is very responsive. Nice kitchen with new cookware,many comfortable beds, two huge living rooms and nice stone, decorative fireplace. Expansive outdoor decks. Great location for the wineries. I would recommend this house to families, reunions, work retreats like ours and anyone coming out from the city. Outdoor hot tub, nice touch in winter! Will be back here for the Summer when the pool is open. Great Hamptons Rental. Thank you.
