Description
Newly constructed home features a pool and sliding glass doors to off the kitchen to the pool. Very private if you require this. Features a detached guest cottage out back which is also available. The home sleeps six and is gated for absolute solitude but close to all activities. The home is less than one year old. The access is gated and is the last home on the street so if privacy is important this is the place. You can see whales breaching from the deck and watch the sunsets daily. Also follow the trail to a 15 minute walk to the beaches to watch the surfers.

Luxury and serenity
A wonderfully appointed home, very private, with stunning views. The 2 bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house so this adds to the privacy. We rented a Jeep which made handling the assent to the house very easy. Not sure if a golf cart would do it. Another reviewer complained about hearing roosters... yeah there are birds, and dogs, and people in the town. That is part of the charm of staying in a community not at a resort. I personally loved hearing the charming music being played waft up in the early evening. The pool is lovely, if colder then pools in the US. This has been my finding at every pool in San Pancho. Very refreshing between 12-4 when the sun is the strongest. We just floated for hours. Will return next year!

Villa Guadalupe
This is a beautiful house. For one couple it allows for single level living. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. The master bedroom bed is comfortable. The terrace is wonderful for coffee in the morning and to look over the town of San Pancho. The pool is terrific with jungle/sunset/ocean views. Walkable to town for those in good condition. Individuals with physical challenges would find a car to be of benefit. Patricia is the consummate host. Lalo, the caretaker is wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Gracias Patricia y Lalo. Welcoming and Relaxing
Lovely property and a perfect little getaway for our family of 4. The home is very clean, well appointed and well stocked with everything you need. A sweet welcoming gift of beer on ice and wine awaited us upon our arrival. Beach towels, pool towels, beach mats, umbrellas, and boogie boards were graciously supplied for our use. Lots of little touches made this stay feel special. Great location, private yet a short drive or walk to town. We loved hanging out at the pool on the warm afternoons. Relaxing and comfortable! Nice vibe!

Perfect
My husband and I stayed for 9 days. We had a great time, this house has everything one could want. The pictures do not show how great this house really is. The whole house has huge walls of windows that show a great view of the ocean and mountains, it has the ability for it to be open air to feel the breeze or close the screens or windows if you need to. There are lots of different shade options to deal with the intense afternoon sun. The owner's have thought of every comfort and need, with many different little areas to hang out in, all of them with access to the incredible view. Privacy is very important to us and it is very private, which in our experience is hard to find. Lalo and the owner's Patricia and Donny were so helpful but not invasive. We got a gas golf cart that made it up the hill just fine. We have stayed in countless vacation homes and this one has been the best so far!! We hope to come back next year!

Absolutely Amazing View + Lovely Infinity Pool
My husband, daughter and I had a wonderful stay in Patricia's home. The house is perched on the top of a hill overlooking the pueblo of San Pancho with views of the jungle, rolling hills/mountains and the ocean! I, personally, am a huge fan of large glass sliding doors, and this house does not disappoint in that arena, with 8 or 9 large sliding glass doors alone in the roomy, comfortable living/dining/kitchen area. Anywhere you look it's beautiful. Waking up to this view was such a sweet gift. Floating in the pool and looking out over the valley was so relaxing, which we really needed. Laylo, the onsite property caretaker took great care of us and respected our privacy at the same time. He is kind, friendly and thoughtful. It made us feel very safe and cared for to know Laylo was nearby. Patricia, the owner, is also very warm, caring, and welcoming. Lovely people! Thank you both! The town is lovely and accessible, the people friendly and warm. We arranged a few water based tours with the Surf Shop in town and very much enjoyed both trips. We also went for Polo/Equestrian Jumping brunch on a Sunday — which was a new experience we enjoyed. The house is very clean. We enjoyed staying in relaxing and exploring the town. We recommend this house and Laylo and Patricia! Thanks again to both of you.

Villa Guadalupe
Not only is the house amazing with views of the jungle, ocean, and the pool but the host Patricia is the sweetest lady, she greeted us with smiles, a welcome beverage, and plenty of recommendations for the town of San Pancho. Lalo the grounds keeper is also available if you have any questions or need help with anything around the house. The house is spacious and very open so you can enjoy the views and the breeze from any room. The golf cart that is available for rent by Patricia came in handy and is a great addition to add on to get into the town/beach area which is about 5-10 minutes. We will definitely be returning and recommend this gem to friends.

Checks all the boxes
We absolutely loved our stay. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, well appointed and had everything you need to have a relaxing holiday. We loved cooking in the well stocked kitchen, taking dips in the pool (although it is not heated so was a bit cold for our 3 month old), and enjoying the view. Patricia, Donnie and Lalo are very generous and responsive hosts. They were always available if needed but give you space and privacy. You won't be disappointed staying here!

Wow! Our initial reaction to villa Guadalupe
This rental is by far one of the prettiest places we have ever seen. the house sits up high on a hill with an incredible view of the town of San Pancho down below, the ocean off in the distance and the ring of mountains that surround the village. You can sit out by the infinity pool in the early morning and watch all the exotic birds that are beginning the day and in the evening watch the glorious sunsets. Donnie, the host is a great guy who we were pleased to get to know a bit. Lalo the housekeeper and groundskeeper is a gem. There is a golf cart you can rent from Donnie or you should bring a car. We are so happy we stayed here!

Your own private resort
We just spent 8 relaxing days with our 7 and 11year old boys in San Francisco and absolutely loved it. The hospitality and recommendations from Donnie, Patricia, and Lalo was so helpful. And they were so gracious with there time and attention. The house layout and design made it feel like you were at an all-inclusive resort except no other people; you didn’t have to leave your room for food (Costco or La Comer are great for loading up on groceries); the boys could swim anytime without a hike to the pool; the view of the town, water, and sunsets were spectacular; and my favorite lounge chair was never occupied. The walk through town to the beach was 20-30min; or a 5min drive. Even though we were there over Easter and everyone seemed to be on holiday, the house location allowed us quick access to the action...but an easy retreat to our own place. We strongly recommend you consider staying here. We had no regrets.

Magical
This modern retreat above San Pancho was absolutely perfect for our double-date New Year's retreat. Each couple had their own master suite on separate floors and the communal spaces, both indoor and outdoor, were thoughtfully designed as well. The roosters in the valley below can get to be a bit much but it's a small price to pay for this perfect slice of paradise. Our hosts were absolutely lovely, attentive, and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
