Description
This is a beautiful 1086 sq. ft. condo in a complex of 17 condos in a gated complex with outdoor pool, patio, 24/7 security, private parking and the most breath taking views from our floor to ceiling windows you thought you could only see in a magazine.

There is high speed internet throughout the condo that will let you surf the web to stay in touch or work from your vacation home. The kitchen is fully equipped to make all your meals and keep your beverages cold. There are 2 bedrooms, the master with a king size bed and on suite bath the guest bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a queen size Murphy bed in the living room. There is a second full bath for guests. The living area as a large open concept kitchen, dining and living room. The laundry is equipped with a large capacity washer and dryer we have detergent and softner there for your use. We have all your towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, insulated roller cooler, and an umbrella to take to the beach so you can enjoy a relaxing fun filled day at the beach. We also added a small refrigerator in the 2nd bedroom for extra beverage cooling.
The unit is air conditioned throughout to keep you confortable. However, you will want to turn off the air and open the windows to feel the wonderful Pacific breeze and relax listening to the lapping of the waves on the beach. Open the bedroom and the front windows looking over the ocean and have a wonderful ocean breeze come through.
Our outdoor area has a large deck on top of the bathroom and shower facility. There is another patio around the large communal pool.
We can also be contacted for weekly and monthly rentals. For large groups we also own Unit 16 just down the hall from Unit 8. Both condos sleep 6.
You will love the view, the breeze coming through the windows and the relaxing sound of the waves.

Great location with amazing view!
My family and I loved our stay. The view is stunning and as amazing as it looks. Even beautiful sunsets over the hills. Comfortable with all you need, parking is tight but easy. Friendly security staff. Very close drive immediately into the heart of Samara. Easy drive south 5-10min to the even more beautiful Playa Carrillo (our favorite beach on Costa Rica that we visited). We even had a troup of howler monkeys in the mango tree just next to the parking area. So much fun to watch them! Couldn't recommend higher.

Fantastic condo and spectacular view
We stayed 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed the space, the infinity pool, the view, and all the extras that the condo provided! Everything was perfect. The condo is more than equipped with everything you need for making meals to going to the beach. The security guards are friendly and We all fell in love with Chester the ‘security’ dog. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful views and very comfortable condo
We recently stayed in this condo for a week over Christmas. The view is spectacular. The condo is very well equipped. We had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to beach gear. The beach is a short walk away. The town has great restaurants and grocery stores. We highly recommend this condo and hope to return one day

Beautiful home and wonderful owner
Going on vacation often means leaving your home behind and getting adjusted to a place where everyday comforts might not be found. Not this time. We felt completely at home, instantly comfortable, and more importantly, welcomed. The condo mirrored the fantastic ocean views and vistas and was a reflection of Clair's wonderful demeanor and attentiveness. We stayed 10 days and wish it could have been longer. Samara is a great, small beach town with awesome restaurants and reliable and convenient, stores. You can hit the gym, get your organic kombucha on, and then bask on the beach. Fantastic...indeed.
